Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ridgefield

I really like this place it’s super convenient but lately the staffing just isn’t it. They are kind of unprofessional and rude. I went by at around 5 today and saw some staff sitting with their feet up on the tables and when I walked up they were reluctant to come help me, when they did, they gave me the wrong muffin. I just ordered a coffee and a cup of water at Dunkin Donuts. The server asked if I wanted ice so I said sure. Then I was charged $1.29 for a cup of water with ice.
