Wendy's — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

If i could give a negative star I would. You want some wendy's? GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Orders have consistently been fulfilled wrong. Not just my personal experience but asking around friends and family have given up on this location because of multiple issues, including missing items that were paid for. Night crew didnt put in my sandwiches and took my name down to replace "whenever i come by." I expalined the situation and i got scolded for not having my receipt. The manager tried to intimidate my thru a drive thru! Just cause your bald and physically larger with a loud voice dont mean your right. I drove off after i was told "no your not talking, i am." The manager even tried the buddy route " i threw in some small fries this time." I work hourly and two chicken sandwiches were my meal for my night shift doing physical labor. I was robbed of that by Wendys and still at a loss of whatever a hot chicken sandwich is. People at my work were like "thats why we dont got there." Wish i knew this. Cause i like them chicken sandwiches, its a treat! But fr the intimation techniques by ghetto bam bam was not cool. Like i wonder how he treats his subordinates? Be weary ordering here my fellow...

10/25/24 7pm The drive-thru line was loooong & only 2 customers inside so I decided to go inside w/my 2yo grand. Ordered 2 small frosties and a drink. While waiting, 2 more customers came in. 20 min later, customer b4 me got her order. Then cashier asked the 2 other customers if they had a mobile order and both said yes, so cashier went to fryer, put some fries down, then started complaining to drive-thru workers abt being short staffed, & how tired he was of ppl yelling at him, how he was abt to walk out. He finally got one of the online orders out, then began just opening bags, shaking fries, and chatting with the cooks. I went to counter to ask if he could get my order out while he was waiting for the others to cook, but he wouldn't even look at me. Finally, after 40 min of waiting, I loudly told him to cancel my order and, when he looked at me puzzled, I handed him my reciept, told him to cancel it, and left. I gave my grand an ice cream bar at home instead. Complete lack of critical thinking and prioritization skills, and I think he was the manager!! Large...

I absolutely hate going through the drive of window because they try to upsell every single thing you say It is enough to make me want to go somewhere else. They barrage of attempted upsell through the drive up window literally adds 52 seconds to every single car in line (yes, I timed the car in front of me and my own order). No, I don't want to try a Dave's double bacon cheeseburger or the Dave's double bacon cheeseburger as a combo meal. No, I don't want to order a whatever new expensive sandwich combo they have, no I don't want to make my baked potato a large size (what, they give me two?), No I don't want to turn it into a meal combo and I sure as heck don't want to make it a large combo meal. No, I don't want a side order of fries with that baked potato. And by the way, no I don't want to order chocolate chip cookies for 2.95.
