Arrived later in the evening and one of the wait staff asked to have us sat in the bar, however my son was with us and he was upset. Then we had an amazing associate by the name of Cooper come help us, after taking our order the other associate that wanted us sat in the bar came over and took our table. He was very cold and seemed annoyed. We got our appetizer from Cooper and then our waiter dropped off my sons food way before ours came out. Then he never came back after that. I needed a refill and was looking for our waiter, the Cooper saw my drink was empty and brought me another one. After I food was dropped off by the lady that sat us, he stopped by to see if he could do anything else. We said no. Then my son wanted more mozzarella sticks and I had to wave down Cooper since my waiter was so busy with a large table. Idk why he seemed bothered with us, but Cooper definitely made up for his lack of service. Then when he dropped off the ticket, I again had to ask Cooper if he could take my card. After our waiter was handed the card from Cooper, I heard him asking Cooper how he did on tips, then proceeded to brag about how much he made that weekend. Very unprofessional and wont ever be served by him again. I told my wife we will go back but we will ask to have Cooper serve us next time even if it means waiting for him. The food was really good, but it's hard to eat when your spot disappointed with the bad service. My wife was so irritated we didnt even finish, and again had to ask Cooper for a couple boxes. I know the name of our waiter but refuse to throw him under the bus having worked in a restaurant myself, but I hope someone from BWW's talked to this person and explain what customer service is, even if he did work all weekend and was tired and exhausted. Cooper my hats off to you and your amazing service, the other gentleman could learn something from you. Thank you again Cooper, because of your service we will...
Read moreI have eaten at BWW 3 times and after my last visit yesterday, I do not intend to visit again. I'm sure it's a great place to get drinks and watch the games or the fights, but I have no respect toward them as a food establishment. Each time I have been there, I have ordered different items and I have not been impressed whatsoever. The prices of the food are also ridiculous because I should be getting my money's worth out of the food and the quality of it. Yesterday, I met some friends to get some food. They were seated before I got there and our waiter seemed very careless and clueless the entire time. We waited about 5 or 6 minutes before he came to take my drink order and their food orders. I waited a good 10 minutes before I actually received my water and drink, and I had to ask for it. He said he was "waiting for the bartender to make the drink and it would take a minute." The establishment was not busy and I don't know what he was waiting on. Besides that fact, just bring me a water immediately!!! When our food came out, my wrap did not have sauce on it, my friend did not have sauce on her tenders, and my other friend bit into wings that were 'wild' instead of 'mild.' The TV's in there are so damn loud, the waiter got the sauce wrong and my friend was red faced and sweating. When the waiter came back to our table, our drinks were empty, my friend was sweating and when he explained what had happened with the wings, the waiter said he was 'sort of deaf.' He did not immediately offer to take the food back and redo it, he kind of looked at us like 'what do you want me to do about it? I just work here.' After my friend requested new wings and asked to refill ALL our drinks, the manager brought the new wings out and did not ask us how our food or our service was, she dropped them and walked away.
Personally, I will not step foot...
Read moreThis was our first time at this location, we celebrate milestones with our kids usually at the Layton restaurant. The food was great, kudos to the kitchen. Atmosphere is fun. When our server (Lynkin?) came we were trying to find the drinks on the menu and my husband asked if they have coke or Pepsi products so we weren’t inconveniencing her making her wait for us and she folded her arms and said “it’s on the menu”. I get it, people probably ask stupid questions instead of taking the time to read. And I get that if you have an unreasonable amount of things expected of you, it would suck to run through your drinks instead of coming back when everyone is ready. We were there in the afternoon and were 1 of 2 tables of customers in the whole place. Because she was pissed and standing there folding her arms staring us down, our teenage daughter got embarrassed and flustered and rushed through ordering a drink. Our son started ordering and she put her hand up to him to stop and told our daughter she already told her they don’t have what she ordered and that she can’t hear people who talk in the other direction so she’ll wait until she’s ready to speak up and order a drink they have. When our daughter looked up at us with a look of disbelief and tears rolling down her cheeks, I could have walked out and never gone back but I want her to learn the life lesson that people won’t always be nice and you can’t run away every time it happens. We didn’t see our server after she brought our food until she brought the check. Our son gets hot wings and by the time she came back he also had tears rolling down his cheeks for other reasons as he had drank his drink and all of ours as well. We will be back because it’s our tradition and we love the food, but we will stick with the...
