Utah Laser Engraving — Local services in Riverdale

I just had one of the best experiences I have had with customer service and overall professionalism in years. I have a son returning from a mission and I wanted to get him something really nice. I already had the watch and I wanted to personalize it. I checked around and reached out to various shops in my area. I live in Orem, Utah. I commute to the Sugar House area several times a week.

Shawn Dixon responded to my request immediately and started a direct texting experience right away. I had details to work out, he was patient and I told him I lived in Orem. He said he could accomodate me while I waited. I found the place via Google Maps. As soon as I arrived Sean accomodated me, interrupted another job, and engraved my request within 10 minutes. I gave him a tip my experience was so nice. We also had a ver nice and friendly conversation about our dogs and showed pics.

Here is the bonus: I have been looking for a Glock 27 for awhile now but they were out of my price range. A 10 millimeter for bear country power and smaller size for concealed carry. It is a nice smooth transition for Shawn to offer engraving and sell fire arms in the same shop. I noticed the guns in his cabinet, asked him about it and he would be able to give me a more reasonable price, a little lower than retail. I need to wait a few paychecks but I have saved his phone number to directly text him when I am ready. This shop is a little gold mine in the middle of Riverdale Utah that people can go to from anywhere in the state and even the country! ...

I contacted Tactical Penguin on eBay for some specialty custom engraving on several beer growlers. I followed up with them directly to confirm they could assist in what I wanted. All I had was some poor quality photos of the design I wanted, and almost instantaneously the same day, they had the logo fleshed out for my review for approval before going ahead with my project. Upon approval, they completed the project, showed me the final product, which was perfect or better, and had the items shipped and delivered to me, all within a week. While my project was a small one, I’m sure, for them, I was treated to the best customer service ever.
