I like to try to give places the benefit of the doubt. But when I first went in I was told that if I wanted a quesadilla I had to order it online. Not a big deal order online could not find a single spot to use my gift card. But have no fear, I went inside and I spoke with one of the employees. They assured me that there was a spot on either their app or on the Internet browser for those cards. That way I could get my quesadilla that I wanted. After that there is no place online or on the app that allows for gift cards it's almost as if they do not want you to use them. It's quite a hassle. After deciding to leave because I could not get the online order to work I later called to just ask to see if somebody could help me punch in this card online. Once after calling three separate times and being hung up on I finally got a hold of somebody and they would not stay on the line with me. He kept wanting to hang up and asked me to call back. Well that was the third time that I had worked my way through their automated system just to talk to a normal human being I was not about to do that for a fourth time I felt that I have been very patient up into that point and this was just too ridiculous. I thought their food was great but their customer service and the way they go about using their gift cards online are ridiculous. Also why do you have to purchase certain types of food on the internet in order to get it in store. That just seems like an extra stupid hassle and for what reason? Honestly this is ridiculous. Read moreI've been wanting to try this place for a long time, so I finally did. I'm indecisive about this place. I used to app to place my order. When I arrived, it was decently crowded and the restaurant was a mess. There was no online ordering line. I waited at the register, gave them my information and got my order. There wasn't a kind hello, no thank you for coming or any positivity coming from the staff. I know they were busy at work, but it's important for the overall experience to not feel like a number. The food was good, but half of our food was missing our meat. Only 2 of 4 of us got meat, so it was disappointing. For a "veggie" meal I had, it tasted good. Read moreLAZINESS!!! An hour and a half before they close. The entry door says OUTAGE. Stated that they aren’t serving Quesadillas. No problem, I’m getting a bowl. To my surprise, they were out of lettuce. Server said “we’re out of lettuce for the night”. A head of lettuce is $1 but apparently they didn’t have want to waste any lettuce. It’s not like they’ll need any more lettuce for any other customers in the next hour and a half before they close. No offer for a discount to compensate me for running out of ingredients because THEY DON’T CARE!!!! My bowl tasted horrible without the lettuce. It wasn’t worth the $10. Needless to say, I’ll never visit this Chipotle again!!!!
