They are understaffed, place is filthy, they were out of food such as fajitas, queso and the guacamole was so brown. The staff cannot delivered good customer service because they are frustrated with their work environment, therefore they have the worst attitude about anything the customer asked them. I have worked with customers for over 15 years and when the manager doesnât give their staff the tools they need to be able to succeed it shows, and everyone suffers(customers and employees). I hope someone sees this and can change the environment at this location. Below is what my experience was when I went in today.
Went in around 3pm I tried to order a burrito bowl, the person serving me seem very overwhelmed which I would have been as well since they were understaffed. He served me almost double rice and I asked for half chicken and steak, he literally put 4 piece of each one so I said never mind let me just do double meat. Since he had put so much rice everything was falling out of the bowl at this point.. so the double meat not even staying on my bowl. He continued to make my bowl very annoyed. When it was time to pay they were trying to charge me for 4 meats(even tho I had barely one serving on my bowl), stating i got double meat for each one. I explained what happened and the lady charging me had the worst attitude and said âwell we both got written up yesterday for this, so you have to pay for the four meatsâ so I said okay well never mind Iâm just not gonna purchase this thanks. She grabbed the bag and threw it so hard in the trash can and said ALRIGHT! With such attitude. At this point, I asked for a managerâs card and she walked away to the other side of the restaurant, and say âitâs right there!!!â Very loudly. I asked for her to show me and expressed to her where I was coming from and that I felt that the manager of this location is setting them up for failure. I love chipotle! Came here 30 mins before they opened . I came in and ordered one thing but no steak! Wasnât ready , said Iâd have to wait 15 more mins . I did ,only to not be recognized ,asked to back away from counter and was going to be told once it was ready. A crowd of people started coming in. I got up in line only to be served after someone ordered steak. Hello? Been here all morning just to be treated like I havenât been waiting longer than all these people. No bell peppers done. Girls in back all focused on making avocado. Which I also ordered , but tell me why the one given to me was old and brown and not freshly made . (Which I obviously wouldâve waited for ) but like Iâm here eating my food and tell me why this steak is over seasoned and taste so salty. The experience was not worth it and neither was their food. Definitely wonât be visiting here anymore . I payed extra for steak cause I wanted double . Just so I can be double disappointed in management and the food served to me. I tried calling store to speak to someone but just a machine who just wants to take my order and not transfer me to someone . Called 6 times just to end up writing my thoughts here. The people who waste their money eating at the fast food joints . Anything in this area doesnât pay their employees enough to leave all their attitudes behind. This area sucks to get food . I ordered 3 meals & for the kids meal they said they ran out of chicken, mind you they took the chicken from the regular line to the digital side. They were grabbing from there multiple times but when it came to grabbing chicken for my childâs meal they said they were all out, I asked to wait for more & they said they werenât cooking it and donât know when they will. They then told the man behind me that the chicken will be ready in 10 minutes. They didnât want me to wait for my daughters meal! Then The disgusting MAN with the short green hair proceeded to YELL at me stating that the digital side needed the chicken for people that PREPAY for their order. So they arenât there, they can wait for the chicken to be done & serve the people that take the time to walk in and place an order but choose to be extremely rude and unprofessional and refuse to give half a spoon of chicken for a kids meal!
