Met up with my kids at the Habit on Tyler today and had horrible customer service with the manager. When I checked my order and seen I was missing a patty in my burger I let the younger man at the register know and he looked at my burger and apologized but as he was taking it back the manager yelled from the back and said that he put two patties in my sandwich and that they were in there! Lol both I and the other man at the register told him there is just one. At that point the manager comes around to the counter aggressively rips the patty out of both sides of my burger (it was cut in half) and as lettuce is flying out onto the tray/counter he tells me “see! There’s two!” (He took the single patty that was cut in half and waved it in the air” and even felt the need to tell the lady in the back that there was two patties. Lol I literally stood there shocked for a second because I definitely didn’t expect the manager to be that rude especially because it was a mess up on their end. After that, the manager told me it would be a while for the new burger. Definitely not going back to...
Read moreCeliac / Gluten Free Review Safety Level: Some Risj (shared kitchen, cross-contamination possible, staff tried to accommodate)
Accommodations: Separate fryer: No GF menu or labeling: No Staff knowledge: Poor Other notes: Staff was not familiar with gluten allergies but tried to be very accommodating and answer a lot of my questions. Well they do have two separate fires for onion rings and fries the chicken gets fried in both. They do not toast their buns on the grill where they cook the burgers so that’s good! They either have an allergy button or were we able to type it in on the register. and we’re willing to have the cook change his gloves for my order.
What I ordered: Double char with cheese lettuce wrapped
Review: Burger was really good and they did not skimp on the lettuce which is nice. It is a very wet burger so be careful you don’t spill on yourself. Wish I could’ve had aside but I was content with my burger. Would probably try chicken sandwich or maybe look into the salads next time and see if those are gluten-free. A little pricey.

Read moreOrdered their "sushi grade" tuna burger and they gave it to me well done. I told them that it needs to be raw in the middle so they gave me another burger. The remade burger was also well done. He looked like the manager, when I told him that it still wasnt raw in the middle he rudley responded " thats not raw to you? Its raw." So they finally remade my burger the right way. They messed up twice and he gave me attitude. Why would a restaurant pay top dollar for sushi grade fish if they are going to cook it through? Unless the customer requested it. Sushi grade means, inspected raw fish.Suppose to be a quick sear on both sides and pink/raw in the middle. Its the basics, every restaurant does it. Burgers are good but I havent gone to it since. I see reviews for good service, sure if everything goes smoothly. Be nice and helpful when there is a issue. Mistakes happen, be cool when...
