MY RECOMMENDATION ORDER is ... two scoops, one of which is Cookie Monster and the other Coffee & Cookies! I had this combo and I LOVED it. Coffee & Cookies edges out Cookie Monster as it had an authentic coffee flavor that never left an aftertaste. Cookie Monster (blue ice cream) didn't leave an aftertaste either, it's just that I'm biased to the other flavor. Service was wonderful, the dude at the shop was thorough and respectful with each customer. Prices are Food Lab prices. Expect higher prices as this is a trendy, authentic ice cream destination. You can't miss this spot, it's right up front facing the street when you enter the Food Lab. The vibes were wonderful, I like the mild, yet cheery ambiance. My parents and I grabbed a stool and enjoyed a cold treat after a show at the Fox.

I appreciated their menu of creative and artisanal flavors. Bonus that the young woman who served us was cute and friendly. If I ever visit this food hall again, I'll def stop by again for a sweet treat!

Ice cream flavors were different but I'm very disappointed with the Mellow Mint. It tasted like pain vanilla ice cream, no mint flavor at all. Otherwise, I'd come again but I'll probably ask for a sample first :)

First time here... Quinten was super friendly. The ice cream sandwich was definitely big enough for 3 people. He warned us, LOL... Well I have no idea what their food tastes like as when we went there for my daughter birthday they were out of cookies. We stood there for 7 minutes trying to decide what we wanted, and when we started to order, he told us that they were out of cookies. So all they have is ice cream, and they only have a few flavors. Thursday evening around 6pm. They have only half of what they advertise and not even that as they were out of some of the ice cream flavors. When we go to leave, we ask about validation for parking, and the employee says, "I don't know how to I am new. They showed me but I can't remember. " The employee was by himself. Really people!!!! Today the boy working there was disrespectful as he was serving us then actually threw a ice cream at me and when I reacted are you kidding me he said “walk away’ very rudely. I’m not a Karen so we left because it wasn’t worth it. But the fact that this employee was so disrespectful and able to get away with it left a sour taste. I have no desire to return to this spot.
