The Food was great. They have good customer service as a whole, but the girl that took the order didn't seem happy to help at all. I felt as though I was a burden to her. As though I shouldn't be ordering. I don't know how to explain it. I just know that I didn't feel as welcomed. Like I would at chick-fil-a. The girl that took payment was great. Super nice. Then again when I got to the food window. The young man there seemed a little irritated as well. I would go back though, because that was the first time that happened. I've been there about five times now in the past year. This was the first "okay" service I've had. The food is amazing though. Chicken and fries were hot. The coleslaw was cold. The lemonade was on point. Couldn't leave without a gallon of sweet tea. Should last me for the week. Yeah, I'll go back. Hope this helps someone. To whomever is reading this... take care, live blessed, and learn to love yourself. If you need someone to love you first. Then I'll say. I love you. I love you because you are you. Without you this world wouldn't be complete. Be you, love you, then you will allow others to love you too. Not until you love yourself though. Not a little. I mean truly. Love who you are. Just the way you are. Not how you think someone else sees you. Love...
Read moreI waited about 15 minutes to be called and after I wasn't so I went up to the front and the woman was telling another that the people hadn't came up when I was there and when I had been waiting to be called. They need to be louder or get a speaker to be calling people though. It took her about two minutes to take me standing there into consideration, it must've been me looking inpatiently with my receipt in hand. When I got to the table I tasted the fries and bread despite it being cold. The bread was good but the fries were more on the unseasoned side. When I went to try the chicken a burnt smell instantly hit my nose but I shrugged it off thinking it was nothing. After bitng into it I could taste what was probably burnt oil. I went to explain to the woman in the front what had happened and she just looked at me like I was dumb. She then just took the plate and told the cook something with an attitude as if I was lying. A whole minute later she handed me a new plate without my bread and fries 😤 but worst of all I could smell the same smell as before without even having to get close to the plate. I didn't get my bread or fries back and didn't eat the chicken. I don't think they clean out or change the oil. This was my first and probably last visit. I don't understand the...
Read moreThe place does skew to a young crowd or maybe it was the local high school that got out along with the decor on the walls; they do have a target audience, but it's more updated than other fast food chains. It's got the feel of "were trying to be like In N Out" but for chicken being their menu consists of 6 items total, all chicken of course. The staff is very nice and cheerful and quick with the food orders. The chicken was good as you have read; my party had a mix of the box, sandwich, finger combo's and the for the price, the portion size was alright; not sure the flavor of the chicken was blow your mind and the sauce was OK, but like other's, I wonder if a ranch dip might be in order. The fries were like the crinkle cut fries you get at Carls Jr or frozen; with salt, I'd suggest jazzing that up with season salt; it's ok to compete with the chicken seasoning. The sweet tea was good; even saw them bring pictures of it from the back to refill the fountain containers in the dining area. If your looking for healthy, don't come here but if you want some fried chicken fingers, this might be your spot The restrooms were good and youthful; (helmet sticker on the mirror) Our bill was $24 for 3 meals; all average about...
