Food was excellent, which is the only reason we gave Freddy’s a second chance in the same day, but the service was a mess — both times!!
At lunch, almost every booth was taken up by employees on break, each sitting alone. At least ask them to sit together or stager their break times. No consideration for customers who had to sit at the cramped middle tables. Felt unprofessional and awkward.
Took a different group back for dinner because the food was so good. Big mistake. Drive-thru shorted us 2 burgers. Went inside with the receipt, and staff still couldn’t figure it out. No apology, no manager, just confusion. Our concretes were melting by the time we got it all sorted.

Read moreAs multiple other people commented this place and its management is terrible. They put on an event with certain hours and don’t even honor those hours. The hours for this certain promotion that was posted was from 11-1 and 5-7..my hungry family and I arrived before 7 excited to not have to deal with dinner tonight, and to try Freddy’s as first time customers. I want to support business such as this in my neighborhood but it’s very hard when it already seems like they don’t care about their customers even before...

Customer service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the food was OK but not great or as I expected it should be. With this being a brand new location, I'd give it a second chance and go again. However the think the employees need to be trained more on cooking a better burger. The meat on my burger was kind of bland and had a steamed or boiled texture making it really unworthy. Understanding Maillard reaction is critical and putting it all together on a perfectly toated bun with it designated topping with excellent timing for a hot burger that a customer can enjoy is very important. Keep...
