I first would like to say I’m sorry for the long review…. I put in a review on Door dash, the Rancheritos website for this specific location, as well as this review here. The reason being is that in our world there’s a lot more negative than positive. So that being said, this dude needs to be praised. His name is Ernesto! Admittedly I have a severe sauce problem.😂😂 So I put in an order for carne asada fries on door dash and called the Riverton location for extra green sauce. Typically no matter the location they just say “okay” then you get an order with no extra sauce because either they don’t care or don’t want to listen to the customer. However, this man listened to my every word. I ended up with 8 green sauces and 2 red sauces. I could not be more pleased. As you all know, getting good customer service is hard to find these days…. I also feel like when it’s received it’s not praised when it should be. It may seem like a small request, but I can’t tell you how many times I have made this request and have ended up with either all red sauce or no sauce at all. It completely ruins the meal. So with that being said, thank you Ernesto. I hope your employers see this and give you a hefty raise. YOU DESERVE IT! That’s true customer service. We need more workers like this. We love our latino breakfast burritos. But avoid this one if you care about customer service.
Trying to save money so I ordered the cheapest breakfast burrito clearly labeled with the price. I didn't even like that type of meat but was trying to be nice to my husband and not spend more money.
I look at the receipt and it is more than two dollars more on the receipt. I ask about it. Show them the board and they agree that yes it is priced that but that is not the price in the register. I say that is illegal to decieve customers by advertising one price then charging something different. No mistake clearly labeled.
He said that he can't do anything about it. Fair enough. Then cancel our order and refund us.
He said he didn't know how to do that.........
He couldn't do it because he didn't know how to cancel the order we just put in and haven't even left the register.
He said I'm not the boss....well...who is the boss...and what other items on the menu are labeled one price then charged another without the customer realizing it.
