I don't know what going on there but over the last few months the service and quality has dropped significantly and today was the absolute worst by far. So first a went in about a month ago and I was i there with my 4 year old and partner we were picking up some donuts for the family the staff was short impatient and rude to top that off another employee either recently fired or off the clock I'm not sure comes in around the same time as us and there was already one customer in there a doordasher I believe it was. This employee starts complaining and cussing about her till being short and getting blamed for it and how unfair it is right in the in the lobby cussing and complaing and again I got my 4 year old here I'm trying to give him a fun donut shop experience while this lady was complaining the staff completely ignore me and the doordasher to talk shit with this off the clock employee on top of the rude impatient attitudes we got right before the lady started in on her rant. Today we get there and the lobby is closed Ddrive through only which the way this parking lot is set is not a safe or wise decision but you onow stuff happens if it was just that than ok things happen whatever. I ordered and online order for harry potter donuts for the kids and my partner. We go through the drive through and again like my last visit except this was a different employee was short and rude. When we got to the window the donuts were Ina normal box not the harry potter (which is fine) but we wanted to make sure that it was the harry potter donuts I paid 30$ for so we asked just to make sure and the lady was immediately offended defensive rude and confused? Idk she was rude and very obviously pissed we questioned her and it wasn't even rude just those are the harry potter ones right? Just double checking. When we get home the donuts looked like crap poorly made tasted terrible (and I've had them before they were good) the hufflpuff one tasted rotten or spoiled the gryfindor one tasted and looked like runny soup it was disgusting they didn't just look bad they tasted bad didn't even finish them no one wanted them. One of the first ones grabbed was a filled donut with no filling in it. This was the worst experience I've ever had this store managed to tick every don't do box possible poor service attitudes poor food quality and presentation. This store needs a complete employee customer serviced training overhaul or a complete...

I’ve been coming to this Krispy Kreme location in Roanoke, Virginia for years, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is—especially Charlotte. She has always been one of my favorite people to see when I come in. Charlotte is an absolute sweetheart—incredibly hard-working, dedicated, and consistently kind. She’s been there for years, and her warm personality and genuine care keep me coming back. I usually always see and deal with Charlotte, and it's always a pleasure.
But today, I had the opportunity to be helped by Broshia, and I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness that I had to write this review.
I came in a little confused about how to apply my coupons—I was placing a larger order that was going to be close to $50, and I just wanted to get the best deal I could, especially in these tough financial times. Broshia was so patient and helpful. She didn’t rush me, didn’t get frustrated—instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me separate my order so that I could use my $5 off coupon on an assorted dozen and get a dozen Original Glazed for just $3.
Thanks to her, I was able to save money and still bring home delicious donuts for my family and my caregiving clients—who absolutely love Krispy Kreme. Her thoughtfulness truly made a difference.
Both Charlotte and Broshia are the kind of employees who make a business shine. They go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, understood, and appreciated. Krispy Kreme is lucky to have them, and I’m lucky to be a longtime customer who’s always treated with kindness.
Thank you both, Charlotte and Broshia, for your outstanding service and big hearts. You make every visit something to...
Read moreI have been buying Krispy Kreme donuts for many years. My last visit, however, was my first disappointment at this location. In the past, I have always been very satisfied with my purchase. I drove around to the drive through because I saw the "Hot Now" sign was turned on. I placed my order of a dozen glazed. I pulled around to the window, and I was told that it was going to be a few minutes before my order would be ready because the donuts were still in the baking process. Five minutes past then 10 minutes and nearly 15 minutes or more past before I received my order. I saw the line of cars behind me backing up around the building. One customer got tired of waiting and pulled out of the line and left. The wait was a little unusual. I thought since the sign said "Hot Now" and not later, they should have been ready. The wait wasn't what disappointed me it was the donuts. When I open the box the donuts looked very inconsistent in size. One normal size and then one with a huge hole. The next one was small about half the normal size. About five total were way smaller than the rest of the box. I thought to myself if this is the future quality of their donuts, I will not buy anymore. This is the first time this has happened in all the years of being a customer. I really liked the older location much better. The new building just isn't the same. Maybe the place was just having a bad donut day. I don't know. Lol Their donuts have always been very good through the years. Hopefully, your buying experience will be...
