Towne Square — Local services in Roanoke

Towne Square was great because of 5 Below which is the store that I happened to visit. While I did see a section with $10 price tags (and for some reason I think i might have seen a couple with $20 price tags in that same section, however don't quote me on the $20 bc I'm not completely sure), it didn't really impact my opinion much, other than wondering if it would constitute a name change, since I don't really see how they make lots of profit selling such quality products for so cheap. The variety is very wide and I'm always being made aware of the things i needed yet didn't know i needed until i saw them lol. Addictive is a great word but I'm fine with spending money here because the staff is really nice and quick with ringing people up, so the length of time you spend is really up to you, but go when you have time to spend. It's hard to just leave once you start looking at all they offer. My happy place when I'm by myself to which i am grateful for. Oh!! Don't let me forget to mention the amazingness that Pete's Deli serves either!! The taco salad is the best thing I've ever had and i am super grateful for that place as well!! Ran by Five Below today - love them for quick in-and-out items for cheap! Needed to replace a headset for my son and a toy Drone he broke. Picked up the two items and grabbed two Sprites... checked out for $19 and some change. Dumbfounded, I checked the receipt and the headset was $10! My son wanted them, so we kept them. But, seriously? I come here under the assumption that I am paying $5 or less for anything I grab - especially since every shelf has a repeating purple $5 label under it. Kind of irritated and letdown by the his move. Really hope Five Below isn't changing their entire gimmick. Kind of disenfranchises me and makes me reconsider returning. Went to UptownCheapskates with my significant other and had brought several very nice clothing items. She was treated with so much disrespect. People these days are very disrespectful!!! You know who you are!!! We wonder why people are the way they are! Needless to say, I'm not going into details but have a little . I wasn't raised in an ideal situation, but I give respect when given, and I like to think I have manners. There is no need to berrade someone, especially someone with severe social anxiety disorder.
