We came to Mattress Warehouse looking for a bed to replace our very old and worn one. We were immediately greeted by Drew Sizemore. He was friendly and guided us through an educational experience in mattress technology without being condescending or pushy. He was working alone in the store today and had to “juggle” many customers at once. He did so with ease and in so doing got us the information we needed to process our search for the best mattress set for us. He allowed us the space we needed as we considered each prospective mattress without disregarding us in the process of assisting other customers. He was available to answer any questions we had (and there were many). We were the last remaining customers of the group that came in almost as a cluster and although Drew did look fatigued from it all, his customer service and attitude never waned. In the end, we purchased an entire ensemble and couldn’t be happier about it. The thinking that absolutely closed the deal was “if they’ll work like this before the sale, they will work like that to maintain good customer satisfaction after the sale.” Highly recommend both Drew and...

Rita was super welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Julia soon came out and was very friendly and helpful. Julia had so much knowledge about the mattresses and really listened to my concerns and wants in a bed. She gave me her opinions, while also letting me try beds we knew probably wouldn’t work for me, but never once made me feel stupid. This was my first real, big adult purchase and Julia treated me as an adult which is sometimes hard to find in people who do sales. Also, it never felt as if I was pressured or forced into buying anything, she never made it feel like she just wanted to make a quick sale, she really cared about my opinion and what I wanted in my mattress. I expressed concerns about past issues with delivery people and Julia helped ease my mind. Once delivery day came, the two men who put my bed together were very kind and helpful. We had the best experience at Mattress Warehouse at Towne Square Blvd. NW.. We were greeted by the friendliest young lady ever and her name is Julia. Julia is the sweetest, kindest and nicest person that we ever met. So patient. We needed a whole entire bed. She not only pointed us in the right direction, she was very knowledgeable and experienced at her position. Julia didn’t force anything on us and she listened to us and she knew exactly what we needed, as well as, the position that we were in. She was an angel in disguise. God definitely has his people out in the vineyards for those in need. Go by and see Julia and you will know exactly what I mean. None other, like her. She was very helpful.
