Subway — Restaurant in Roanoke

Why!! .. Do I do this to myself every time at this particular Subway I work fairly close to this location so it was very convenient for me I ordered online I simply Put what type of stuff I want it want it the condiment said I want it on there and the vegetables that I wanted on there I asked for Extra cucumbers thinking I'll get like 2 rows of cucumbers I got 4 cucumbers 2 on each 6" sub I got a foot long so it was 2 cucumbers on each 6" I asked for extra pickles I would just got maybe 8 the 8 was on a dry sub even though I asked for extra vinaigrette this is the skimpiest sub I've ever had Do me a favor do not order online just go in you probably get the sub the exact way you want it but order on line from this particular location is the worst And to make matters worse when I go in to pick it up no one greets me they're in the back a young lady comes out she does not greet me she's like what's your name so I gave her my name the guy in the back was listening to music or singing but no...

I love that y'all denied an elderly man to use the restroom after he was in there with us. When we came back in he was still denied after going outside for 2 minutes to check out packs and get something medically needed for him. White chick serving food was rude. Bad employee knowing we paid and still denied entry. She also had the worst attitude. Cashier was great, though We brought a group of 12 people to get food, we all paid, some shared and it was obvious. There was no sign besides "customers only" on the bathroom, which we were customers.. we bought food... Lol. Get rid of the attitude when you work at subway. Not our fault you have to actually do work for once. Also put a sign up that says "can't walk outside even for a moment after purchase to get a necessity to use the bathroom" Also.. not great service to ignore a customer that has already paid and is asking you a question about the bathrooms. Pretty good Subway location. It's right at Aldi's and BJ's. I like this particular Subway but there is an employee that is a little "off" if you know what I mean. I don't know his name because he wouldn't tell me but he said he is from Nepal and he's under 25 years old. He asked me how I was doing and chatted while making my sub. I told him "I'm good.. just ready to go see my son in a few minutes". He replied "You have a son"? I said yes and he demanded to see a picture of him. I said I would show him next time. He asked why next time. I said I didn't have time to show him today. After he handed me my sub he demanded I show him the picture of my son again and exclaimed "you're lying because you won't show me". I ignored him and walked out. While I was walking out he said "You're a liar. You don't have a son". All I have to say is wow... That is one weird...
