Subway — Restaurant in Roanoke

ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS A CHOICE. 3 of us in line. Guy sitting in back playing on his phone, doesn't come out. I stuck my head around the counter and said Sir we are wanting to place an order. He comes out, and then proceeds to tell me they are going to call the police because I am not allowed behind the counter. Calls his boss, his boss says for me to leave. So all customers walked out. It was ridiculous, this place has AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL FOOD (have eaten here before but only was desperate today ) and their staff is LAZY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I'm also going to complain to corporate Subway as this franchise...

Had our order delivered through Subway the app. $47 order was completely wrong. Kids meal was missing, 6inch sub had no meat on it, two footlongs incorrect. I called the store after it was delivered and the girl who answered the phone had a hard time understanding and just said "sorry" no resolution. No idea what company delivered the order and the store location will not answer the phone anymore!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I...

Girl vaping in the back where you could see. Had mobile order sat and waited padt time it should be done. 3 workers come walking in together talking credo to each other about who could work harder etc and then 2 just sitting around while 1 person worked. Customers would walk in and guy working would yell and tell them it will be 15 minutes so walked out. This place needs better management... what are 3 ppl gone at same time during...
