Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Rochester

I had been a Caribou loyalist, but no longer. Most of the food choices are greasy and unhealthy. I frequently find the environment too noisy/obnoxious and lacking sufficient cleanliness. I have on numerous occasions tried to use the app and never gone more than two to three weeks without some issue with adding funds or not receiving reward points. On this latter occurrence, I've sent around two to three emails to customer support and not received a response (And I want to emphasize that customer support is an abomination). Often, staff on duty didn't know how to handle certain issues. I will not have my time and energy wasted trying to contact customer support myself. I now despise the thought of even going into any Caribou location and have decided to permanently enjoy coffee somewhere else. I have been to this caribou many times. I am a caribou loyalist. On Aug 9 I ordered a beverage and breakfast. Beverage came accurately. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my food, and saw others behind me obtaining theirs. I asked about my order, and was told impatiently to just wait. i asked again (this was 20 minutes and others had come and gone). The cashier asked a young man quietly of he put my food order in the microwave. He started looking at tickets, reached into a fridge, pulling out a bacon gouda and popped it in. No apologies and I was lied to that the orders were backed up. My previous visit my drink order was wrong. I was not offered a replacement or an apology. Please note, I am kind and patient to service staff because it's a rough job. However next mayo visit I'll probably go...

The drinks are always good at Caribou, and the service is always just as wonderful. But this store was just too loud. Not only for myself and my wife but the couple that sat next to us. We sat in the back by a door that leads to a back room and employees went in and out and the door slammed each time like the loud slamming of a hotel room door. Then there was a counter that they went into in the seating area, and guess what...that one slammed too! Please put some weather stripping or bumpers on the jam of the back door and cabinet, and your guests will enjoy their experience as much as the service...
