Not real Japanese ramen. We ordered their tonkotsu and shoyu ramens and were terrible. The soup was not made from proper broth as it didn't have any taste, just hot colored water. Shoyu ramen soup was too sweet. The noodles were not ramen noodles as they looked like flour straight noodles similar to the ones usually used for pho Vietnamese noodle soup. I happened to be visiting Mayo Clinic out of state and wanted to have something warm and not greasy. It turned out to be a disappointing experience.
