July 23, 2011 It’s totally amazing how one store will sell a products and others refused or didn’t know how to charge me. What is equally interesting is the Customer Service of the corporate level and the local regional manager, pretty much blew me off with my second incident. My advice don’t waste your time going to customer service. One more thing I travel the country evaluating business’s on customer service complaints

I live in Florida and I make trips to Colorado and Minnesota regularly. I never had a issue with getting a Catering Box of Unsweetened Mango Ice tea, however ever I have experienced a very unusual turn of events.
On the the 23 June 2021 the Caribou Coffee located in Rochester MN across from St. Mary’s Hospital refused to sell me a Catering Box of unsweetened Mango Ice tea, so I purchased just a glass.
I switch Hotels closer to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester located in the Subway near the Marriott Hotels elevators, they we more than willing to accommodate me, it was a little pricey tho but acceptable. Especially where it was located.
On my most recent trip which was today today 06 25 21 I had 2 store literally did not have any clue, even though I explained to them that I have purchased catering boxes before, still refused.
What is really interesting is that I never had any problems with the Colorado stores.
I never have a problem waiting 15 minutes to make it.
Now your customer service number, I left a message and it was during regular business hours, no one answered or returned phone calls.
I am a huge fan of of doing surveys and I will definitely do one on customer Service and the Rochester stores.
I truly do not believe that Caribou Coffee believes in the true spirit of taking care of...

I think it's an expiration tag/label of sorta that sticks on the outside of one of their products used in making my drink...don't like that it probably got touched a bunch by workers and I almost swallowed it. I says "Wednesday with a number 29 on it and it's red" - my phone wont let me include a picture otherwise I would. It's a great place that has friendly faces, good service, and good food, but maybe attention to detail would be a little better especially because I could have had an allergy to the plastic/adhesive, accidentally swallowed/choked on this, or someone else like a child taking a drink from this and no knowing. Read moreNot satisfied at all with my first visit... Gave me a tiny sandwich that cost twice as much as a comparable quality option from almost any local gas station. More importantly, I got a half full of fluff MAYBE 8 ounce cup of coffee when I asked for a LARGE. Besides the fact that I asked for a blended (cold) drink and received a warm drink....
WORST FANCY SHOP IN TOWN - for god sakes go out of your way and make it to Mocha or Lumen's if your going to spend this much money.
Unless your a preppy idiot that likes looking down your nose at people wearing sweatshirts instead of the standard sweater that seems to be required attire in this joint....
