I have found this location to be slower than most JJ. I placed an online order yesterday. Three basic sandwich’s. One I held the Mayo and added mustard packet. One sandwich was correct. One was correct just missing the provolone cheese for sone reason, but we still paid for it. Mine was #16 favorite missing the bacon and side of mustard. I added cucumber and got none. Less then exciting sandwich to say the least. It wasn’t ready when I arrived either. They did have a crew making the online orders. Not sure why move was never started. I went to the pick up rack- bag wasn’t in it so I asked the cashier. He looked stoned and asked me three times who I was and what I wanted. He finally understood I was there for a pick up order. He said- “it’s on the shelf.” However that was the problem, it WASN’T on the shelf. He finally asked about it and they did have the order ticket. They made the three subs and I was on my way. Was t until we set down to eat, I found out 2 of the 3 were wrong. 🫤. Summers nearly over and I’m ready for warm sandwiches in the cooler weather. Will be going to firehouse as they have the best hot...
Read moreI watched the female owner belittle her employees. As they were busy busting tail. I know the employee that she felt was alright to insult so the entire staff and guest in the store could hear and this is her common practice to push new employees to work harder and faster. This took place a couple years ago. This was the employees first hour on the job with many years of food service experience. The owner had yelled that he acted like he never worked in food service before. That he was slow and would never be a good employee. Also that she questioned why would they hire someone that couldn't do the job with in the first hour of being on the job. I will never return to a place that public insults employees. Absolutely zero professional attitude and respect for the staff by the...
Read moreI usually love Jimmy John's sandwiches; however, today I tried their new sandwich that has the capicola, salami, melted butter and provolone on a baguette roll. I think it's called the Frenchie II and is a premade sandwich. After I had ordered it and picked one up from their basket, I asked if I could get pickles put on it and they said no, you have to take it just like it is. It was an okay sandwich but in hindsight I would have rather had a roast beef with cheese, kosher pickles and lettuce.
The other comment I would have is I wish they would stock sour cream and onion potato chips.
This location is very friendly and of course very FAST! I will go there again b/c I like their sandwiches and service. Today I just happened to pick a sandwich that wasn't...
