Horrible experience. My wife ordered online and let me know it would be ready at 4. I went to pick up my order, and it wasn’t in the rack under my last name. A dirty looking obnoxious and rude employee proceeded to touch every pizza in the racks with nasty looking gloves on. Rudely told me that my order wasn’t in the rack, so it must be a call in? She proceeded to grab an order from somewhere else and informed me that this is my order. I paid and left. It wasn’t my order. My wife paid online, so we ended up paying twice. We called to have them remove one of the charges. They said they would, but didn’t. I called the store the next morning, snd got the obnoxious rude employee. I asked her name, and she lied and made up a name. I asked for the manager, and was told no. She told me that if I’m so mad about it, I should call the police and maybe THEY would care…… I called back and spoke to Jaden the manager? I wonder if he really is because he didn’t care about any of it. No apologies for his rude employees behavior. Not a single word about it.? I asked for the owners contact info? Name? Nope. District manager info? Nope Since Covid, we never eat out anymore. The few times we have it’s been expensive and low quality. We’ve always loved Papa Murphys, so we were excited to enjoy a treat. It sucked. It didn’t taste good like it usually does. The unbelievable way I was treated is mind boggling. In conclusion, don’t go there. If there’s any issues, they don’t care. Read moreI stopped by the Maplewood square location on 10/1/2019, and received what could be described as "No customer service."
Despite there being 5 employees on staff, 1 manager, & I was the first person in line, I was Still forced to wait 7 min before anyone acknowledged me. The assistant manager at one point asked me to move out of the way, so she could ask someone else a question, all without a greeting, or a I'll be with you shortly.
Thank goodness for the strong willed woman in line behind me who spoke up and asked if there was anybody working who could help us. after this point it took 2 more minutes for somebody to greet me, and finally take my order.
At no point would I say that I received adequate customer service.
The only reason that they get 2 stars, is that my order was correct, and my pizza was not screwed up. Which is not a high bar to clear.
I normally do my Papa Murphy-izing at the south location, but stopped by this one because i happened to be on the north side. Never again.
0/10 would visit this location again.
If at any point one of the employees would have greeted me, and said "Hello, someone will be with you shortly" I wouldn't be here writhing...

Today at 10.30 a.m., I ordered and paid for pizzas online to be picked up at 4:15 p.m. I got there at 4:30 and they hadn't even started the order. I took a refund and ordered pizza from another place because I had no time to wait. There was a gal ahead of me who was supposed to have her online order ready by 4:00 and they still weren't finished with hers.
