Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I've been coming to jersey Mike's for almost 3 years and it was wonderful. I always come every Friday to almost a month now. So 2 or 3 months ago I guess it was a new employee, and when it came to be my turn to order, I ask the guy for a "kids meal with turkey and cheese with lettuce, honey mustard, and one piece of bacon". When he was doing my order he put MUSTARD in the sub instead of honey mustard. Then instead of just making another sub he still continued with the sub and put the honey mustard on top. I was kinda mad at first but I just told him "you had my order wrong so can you just make me another sub again" this time he got it right.

Fast forward to yesterday I came back to the place again. This time I was gonna order the same thing but I added another kids meal. When I went to go place my order its the same guy again. I ain't gonna get into to much detail but he got my order right. Only this time when it was time to pay for the food I ask him is it ok I can do cash first then card. He said "I can just separate the kids meal " I said ok. So he ringed up the price and the first kids meal was $3.70 I said are you sure. He gives me an adatude and say its $3.70. The reason i said are you sure because the meal is 6-7 dollars. But anyway I was like ok. So I payed for both meals and I was trying to get my drinks and brownies. THE SAME GUY SAID IN THE BACKGROUND "I didn't charge you for the meal I only charge for the subs" THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL. THERE IS NO KIDS SUB ONLY KIDS MEAL.

I was about to lose it but his other coworker came in and said "sorry for the inconvenience but set you just spend $6 for the 2 sub I can just charge you $4 so it can be a actually meal". I was ok with it and payed for the rest I owed.

BUT IF I COME BACK TO JERSEY MIKE'S AND IF THE GUY GIVES ME A ADATUDE IM JUST GONNA...

Very RUDE Manager !!! I came in to do a DoorDash order and soon as I walked in no acknowledgment. Okay cool, so I went to use the bathroom came back out no one asked til about 3 mins later, I over heard her saying she needed to go home I guess she was overwhelmed from a Days of work band I understand the restaurant business, so finally I told her what order I was picking up, she made me aware she was working on it. I sat down, okay several caucasian men walked in she greeted them and was on their orders. I sat and waited patiently for my order, then another African American lady walked in she or the staff didn’t acknowledge her I was like WOW!! So she finished with my order and another young man( Caucasian) at the same time she handed him his and he grabbed it out her hand then went to hand me mines and she sat it on the stand to pick up door dash orders, I was in shock she also called out the customers name that I was picking up and said “or how ever you say the name” I was totally wild by this. I was acknowledging how clean the store was and how they had a Nice variety of chips vs some of the other stores but I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK THERE TO EAT … to door dash maybe cause I can’t control orders and that’s my job !!! This has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever been to in my life. We walked in around 8:45 and they close at 9 so we wanted to get in and get out so they could go home. There was a woman in there and when we walked in she rolled her eyes and walked away. We stood at the ordering counter until 8:55 waiting for someone to ask what we wanted, so we told her and then the gets the bread and slams it on the counter. VERY RUDE! She then says something so low under her breath that I ask her to repeat it, twice! She says "Mike's Way' after I ask a third time but with such an attitude it makes me sick that anyone would hire her. She then made the sandwich with such an rude and nasty personality that it made me and the person with me so angry. We vowed never to go back to such a place where the employees couldn't treat their customers with just a little respect. Right before we were walking put a man walked in and she looked at him and rolled her eyes because she did not want to have to serve him because of the time. He saw her roll her eyes and walked out! Should of did the same. Please everyone save yourself the time and MONEY for a place that appreciates...
