Very disappointed in beef a roo. I was recommended by a few friends to try it out and will never listen to them again. I ordered catering for my sons birthday and on the day i went to pick it everything was a complete mess. I ordered 4 pounds of beef sandwiches which is around 16 beef sandwiches and when my son and his friends were about to eat it the beef was very slimy and wet no one wanted to touch it and even some of the beef looked raw. I thought this was normal, beef sometimes gets cold and can get wet so we went on to the chicken strips package that I ordered as well. But when we opened it it, the strips were the same exact thing as he beef sandwiches very wet and cold. I was getting very frustrated and so was my son this may have been one of his worst birthdays ever. But low and behold I gave beef a roo another chance with the brownie and cookie tray i ordered. But what do you know the cookies don't even look like cookies, they look like cookies that were smashed at the wall into crumbles. And the brownies were just the same exact thing very messy and a lot of crumbs. Overall, I wouldn't want anyone to order from this restraunt and i do not recommend it at all. What was once my sons 14th birthday turned into him getting humilated by his friends for having this type of food. I am also out around $750 because of this catering order very dissapointed and will...
Read moreGoodbye Beef-a-roo, tonight you lost a loyal customer that has given you tons of benefit of the doubt.
First, let me start by saying we've boycotted the other LP location (Firehouse) for the constant messing up of orders and missing food we'd pay for. So we gave this one a chance and all was phenomenal for a while until the last 3 ish months hit. Since it has spiraled down and out.
Numerous times in the last 3 months I've paid for food I didn't get, there was a completely wrong item in my order, and then tonight I waited in the drive thru for basically 30 minutes for an order under 20 dollars that had nothing special in it. When the guy walked out my order, no "thanks so much for the wait" nada - just here ya go and on his way. This didn't happen to just me either, just WILD how low the customer service is these days. We've been customers that spend usually 30+ dollars a week, every week. And tonight I decided no more of that.
Sad, because you guys have a great buffalo chicken wrap. But, bon voyage Beef a roo, it was mostly nice...
Read moreWe ordered sandwiches and fries for the family. Got home and one sandwich was missing so I returned to the store and asked for my missing sandwich and some new fries. A chick working the register laughed. Is Beef-A-Roo wasting my time really that funny? As I am waiting, I see an employee in the kitchen pull the beef portion for my beef sandwich (Beef-A-Roo's signature sandwich) out of the microwave. The sandwich and fries I received after going back to the restaurant were both very old and cold. In fact, out of the 5 of us, every single one of us had cold beef sandwiches and old fries. When I called to complain to the manager, about how terrible the food and service was and that employees thought it was all very funny, he just gave excuses about how short staffed the restaurant was, claiming he only had 3 employees working when I saw 8 just in the short amount of time I had to wait for my cold sandwich. Complete waste of $60. Go literally anywhere else. McDonald's food is fresher...
