I regret to share that my recent experience at Canes was disappointing due to the level of customer service I received. Unfortunately, the staff members I interacted with appeared to lack the basic skills necessary to provide a positive customer experience. When I politely requested additional sauce, I was met with a dismissive and unpleasant attitude, which was both surprising and disappointing.
Customer service is a vital aspect of any hospitality or fast-food establishment, and it’s crucial that employees are trained to handle customer requests with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, in this instance, it seemed that the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
If the staff are not willing or able to provide quality service, it reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and invests in better training for their employees to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and kindness.
As a result of this experience, I have decided to redirect my business to other establishments, such as Chick-fil-A, which I believe genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction and care. I hope Canes will work toward improving their customer service standards to provide a more positive experience for all patrons...
Read moreI received my order quick, within 5 minutes. The food was hot and fresh. There are 4 food items on the menu, Chicken strips, crinkle fries, Texas toast, Cole slaw, and house sauce. I honestly don’t understand why this chain has been so successful, the food is ok and the menu is extremely small, there are more beverage choices than food. If Craig Silvey didn’t get an A on his business plan, he should have. What I ordered: two 3 fingers combos which came with 3strips, crinkle fries and a Texas toast, toasted on one side and house sauce. They filled my cups with ice before they were given to me. I chose tea for my beverage I mixed half unsweetened and half sweetened it was still too sweet. The chicken strips were very small; the 3 strips were literally about the size of a boneless skinless chicken breast cut into three pieces. The fries were crinkle; the amount you get is similar to the size of fries in a happy meal. The 3-finger combo is a satisfying amount for women, but men will need to order at least 6pieces, probably more because the fries are so few. Although I didn’t find the sauce good, I don’t think I would have been able to eat the strips without it. My...
Read moreVery bad business practice here. They ADVERTISED that the first 100 people to buy a combo box got a free hat. I came for the hat alone, showed up at 6:30 AM and was about number 40 in line. By 8AM, a security guy comes by and tells me I'm number 55. People have obviously been showing up and cutting in line, as I'm watching them do it. Employees come out and do a terrible job at trying to straighten the line out, and ended up letting even more people cut in line. By 10:20 when I'm finally getting inside, the people in front of me got the last hats. An employee gave me a card for a free combo, which made up for the money I wouldn't have spent on the combo if I knew there was no hat. But that doesn't make up for my 4 hours standing in the cold because either they lied and there wasn't 100 hats, or management is just simply so bad that they cannot even handle a line of people properly. I'm not mad that I don't have the hat, I'm mad that they either lied or did their job so badly that it ruined my day. The food was alright but not worth 4 hours in the cold. Long story short: Don't get baited by them like I did. They care as much as any corporate...
