Sheila's Daiquiri Lounge — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Loved my experience here!!!! The atmosphere is awesome, chic but comfy and very inviting, with great music that completed that chill vibe. I tried 3 different daquiri flavor combos and they were sooo delicious.. the quality of the flavor mixes definitely tastes better than you get at average places. The alcohol amount was spot on. I also tried a couple of the food/snack options and they were tasty and well prepared, a perfect salty snack for all the sweetness. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly, as soon as one drink was gone she came up to ask if I needed more. My only tiny suggestion I'd make is to maybe turn down the lights a little bit, it was very bright and I think dimmer lighting would make the atmosphere even greater. We stopped here after the City Market on a Friday night. The daiquiris were on point, and the kicker on the side was extra good in it. We were nice and tipsy and were even able to take one to go. The owners are nice, the staff is attentive, and the atmosphere and music were inviting and chill. This is a new establishment, and I'm sure there are kinks to work out. Two suggestions, 1) instead of a menu with incorrect flavors on it (because they change, understandable) just have a price list and list the flavors on the board so you can change them easily and someone isn't disappointed. 2) Have a hostess, the waitresses were asking each other who helped who, etc., assign one as a host to communicate where all guests are sitting and make sure everyone is approached within a timely manner. I visited Sheila’s on July 4th because I desperately needed something to eat before the fireworks show. I ordered pulled pork sandwich ($12), and it was delicious! The pork was well cooked and the hot sauce added much-appreciated heat and smoke. Earlier in the day, I got to taste test my friends’ daiquiris (which you can order for takeout!), and they were very flavorful. My favorite was the green apple/lemonade combo.
