Starbucks — Restaurant in Rockford Township

So I had been coming to this Starbucks for about 4-5 months. They made my drink right 90% of the time. Every once in a while they wouldn’t get it correct but I figured they were having an off day or maybe training someone. A few weeks ago they got my drink order wrong (very badly wrong) 3 times in a row. The last time I went I specifically told them my drink hadn’t been made correct the past couple times please double check to make sure the order is correct. It ended up not being correct. This Starbucks is the only one that’s somewhat on my way to work so I have unfortunately given up for the time being. I would understand if my modifications were insane like some people but it’s rather easy. Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with four extra shots of dark Carmel sauce, I order the same thing every single time. I feel like the last time I went they intentionally made my drink incorrectly because I asked her to double check the drink. One of the times my drink was wrong instead of putting extra Carmel they put NO Carmel in the drink. It tasted so bad I took a few sips and threw it away. It really frustrates me because I hate dunkin doughnuts coffee so I’ve been resorting to the Frappuccino from McDonald’s which is...

Super rude. Placed an order for pick up through the drive thru and the blonde older girl working the window gave me attitude. Like it's literally the same thing as placing it right then and there... the. She was rude at the window for pick up. There was purple lipstick on my lid. So I went in and asked for a remake. The girl making the drinks was wearing a colored lipstick.... she remade it but the cup was super sticky and had syrup all over it. Like she was mad she had to re make it... this location is a joke, the workers are beyond rude & it's nasty. How did purple lipstick get on my lid? Clearly not following food safety protocols. She had to of touched/ wiped her mouth before putting the lid on. We all have jobs. We all have to work. If you're not happy where you're at, then find another job. That's literally the worst location I have ever...

If i could I would give them 0 stars!!! I had ordered my usual Venti iced shaken espresso with light ice and vanilla sweet cream. No matter what store i get it from its always the same until this time. I ordered it, it was filled top to bottom with ice! I get you need some ice to make it iced shaken espresso but top to bottom with ice isn’t okay. I called and told them that my drink was full of ice and the coffee tasted gross and burnt. They were nice and offered to remake it for me then when my boyfriend had went it to pick it up he came back with a venti cup half full! Like what I paid for a venti I want the whole thing I paid for!! And still on the remake the coffee is still burnt. So I called back again and they said it was because they didn’t fill it with ice! I’ve went to so many starbucks and ordered the same drink...
