Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rockland

A drive up that takes over 25 minutes. When 5 vehicles at most can be waiting. For premade donuts, easy breakfast sandwiches, and coffee from a machine. Traffic leads into route 1, thinking that it’s a fast food place. Yet the store doesn’t move them through. So they’re off to blocking ongoing traffic (although there is still enough to pass through but they don’t) and blocking the entrance to home kitchen. Depending on who is working maybe it’s different yet it seems to keep happening. Donuts tossed into a bag so that they stick together. Bagels with cream cheese having barely any cream cheese. Greasy breakfast anything. Found a few small bugs in a bag the last time I grabbed donuts as well. Trying to do walk in? Line is just as slow and just as long. Hopefully it’s just that they’re all so exhausted and it doesn’t continue but it’s frustrating having a fast food place be slower than McDonald’s. Don’t even bother complaining to headquarters, you’ll be on the phone waiting for over 30 minutes. Really sucks to see this place...

I'd like to give 0 stars if I could! From the moment the window opened it was bad service! Here's why..... The lady opened the window, she never said hello, she just continued to have a conversation with a coworker talking trash about another co-worker. She didn't even acknowledge us except to tell us how much it cost, and when the coffees came out wrong, because she wasn't listening and was asked to fix it, she treated me like I had done something wrong! And after they "fixed" it, which they didn't they just added more flavoring into my already chocolate milk, I still had to go back and order and pay for another shot of espresso because my machiato had no coffee in it!! So not a great experience at all! What happened to...

Great frozen ice hazelnut swirl coffee. I Haven't had one for 5 month's. I Got one for my Birthday. Thanks North End Dunkin Rockland Maine. You are the only one's that make this frozen ice coffee drink right. You even gave me cream whip on top. Thomaston Maine Dunkin doesn't and Rockport Dunkin Rockport Maine across from PBMC girl's there on 4/ 15/2021 11AM I don't know what it was you made and gave me??? Not what I Ordered.. I even Asked you what it was. Girl said what you ordered. I said sure doesn't look like what I always order. I won't be going back to Rockport Maine...
