There is one guy in particular, his name is Sam who kinda ruined this location for me. This happened a few weeks ago but I still feel very uncomfortable. I ordered 2 angel food smoothies and brought them back to work. I gave one to my boss and we both thought it tasted weird, more banana and like no strawberries. I called back a few hours later because we had gotten busy at work and Sam answered. He started asking me questions which is fair, but then his voice sounded more annoyed that I was asking for a remake. He asked what color it was, and I told him. He tells me to come in and he wants me to see them make it, I say ok. I come in, see them make it, and say thank you. He then asks as im leaving "it wasnt this color?" and I said "no, it was more pale" and he looked at me as if I were lying, his voice condescending. I was leaving and he just turned around, but before I left, I asked what his name was, thats when he was said "my name?" I said "yes" and he responded saying "Sam", thats when he seemed to soften and say " so sorry about that". The following time that I ordered a drink from there, we were definitely given 2 strawberry xtremes instead of angel food but I honestly did not want to have to deal with the attitude again. Read moreObviously the employee was new so that dissatisfied comment is not towards him but Management. Employee is being trained over the phone. Ordered two smoothie he unable to fill the order in time had to drop my girlfreind off at work and comeback order still not complete and was offered a half filled cup and was asked if it was ok... Not really since I just paid $20 for two smoothies... I've been here now an extra 20 min meanwhile during both visits watched numerous people walk out without ordering. Very displease... Now I'm late work and thinking I should've just got my money back. * Once again this is not a stab at the employee that did try his hardest to get it done but at the Management that should have prepared and trainned this young man properly to succeed at his job. After his third attempt at the same smoothie that was still not right and 30 min I asked for my money back and was told the Manager would be there at 3pm for my refund... Nope I paid cash and need my money back now. He tried but the failure here is in the Management. Second and last time stopping thru here....
Read moreVanessa and Jeremy are the absolute best. I was driving by and happened to stop here for the first time and Vanessa lights the room up. Her energy is so positive and I love her vibe. Jeremy was cleaning and they were both working as a great team. I’ve been to many smoothie king’s but Vanessa stands out and makes this one special. This location is over 1 hour from my house but I will come back just to see Vanessa again and catch her and Jeremy’s great vibes. They were so great I went to torches and bought them some tacos for lunch. Love this place!!! Give Vanessa a raise immediately. She definitely deserves it. She was running all around the store so effectively and efficiently and I had my order in no time. I ordered a smoothie and an açaí bowl and even got some pirate booty popcorn.
