First time visiting this restaurant. I was expecting much more than I received. First of all, I could not find anyone at the entrance so I went ahead and took a seat. There was no sign indicating what to do. I later found out that I had to get a menu from the counter and order at the counter, but that is fine. I began to order and halfway through my order the cashier turned away to yell out about someone else's order. I ordered a pizza, alfredo pasta, and mozzarella pasta. Each pasta dish was 18 dollars. The alfredo sauce had no taste to it. It was simply flour, cream, and bland. There was not a speck of seasoning in it. There was half of a flat chicken breast on top of a mound of runny bland pasta. Then the meatball pasta plate had ONE meatball. One lemon sized meatball is not worth 18 dollars. Pizza was not what I was expecting either. Very little sauce on it but I ate it by pretending I was at cici's. I absolutely will not visit again. During all of this, two customers received their money back because they were unhappy. I however, after talking to the manager and the manager seeing that we did not eat our pasta was told sorry. Just to add, the servers do not know where you are sitting so they are walking around all over the place to bring you your food. One guy was scratching his leg (shorts as the uniform at a restaurant?) and then brought me my salad. Finally, very little parking but that is due to the location, but it was a long disappointed walk...
Read moreJust had absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered online. It said it would be delivered at 7:00. I waited until 7:30 to call thinking they might be busy. When i called, I was put on hold for 4 minutes. When the girl came back she said there was a “mix up” with the drivers and the cashiers and she could have it to me in about 30 minutes. That would be TWO hours past the time we ordered and one hour after they said they’d have it here. There was no apology. No sense of urgency. More like “oh well, we’ll try to get it there.” I told her to cancel my $80 worth of pizza and credit my account. She repeated that there was a mistake with the driver and cashier. Never once apologized or offered any compensation. I again told her we wanted a credit and did not want our pizza. If she wasn’t able to credit me then I wanted to talk to a manager. She said she was the manager and repeated it would be 30 minutes. I told her if she had acted like it was important, apologized, or agreed to rush it hey could deliver it but that I wasn’t waiting two hours past the time I ordered to get my food. She claims she will credit my account. Still no apology. We will not be going back. There are options in town and bad customer service for $80 worthy of pizza just...
Read moreWe were kind of dissaponted that service was much like a fast food place. When we walked in, they told us to sit ourselves and then place our order at the counter and they would bring out our food. However, we did notice that someone else walked in about 20 minutes after us, and it seemed like they knew the manager because he took the time to sit them down and bring them drinks. Guess you have to know someone to get the special treatment.
FOOD: Pizza was good, well done (crunchy crust). Meatballs are good too. Tender and good sauce. But honestly didn't taste near as good as the Mockingbird location's.
SERVICE/COMFORT: Beer was warm. No lemons/ limes for beer Park your own car. They don't offer valet validation; we asked a dude and answered rudely: "NO!" No customer wifi (who doesn't provide complimentary wifi nowadays?) The restaurant is dead in center of a dead zone, so it would have been nice for customers to have access to wifi.
Will not be returning but we do hope that they improve their customer service because they are a...
