McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockwall

Food was mediocre as usual… this is more about the manager reprimanding a pregnant woman for stealing food. I worked at McDonalds years ago n I can say for a fact that the managers be stealing food all the time!!! No. Not the cooked food either! The frozen bags of fries and nuggets and whatever they decide to take!!! I know it’s McDonalds/franchise policy to give u one dollar menu meal per 8 hour shift which is cheap n laughable in itself, but to reprimand a employee for stealing food after the rest of the employees constantly mess up orders. I ordered there twice this morning and both orders were wrong. My big breakfast came with sausage instead of bacon so u lost food there.. Then I ordered a meatless McMuffin n that had meat on it. Lost food there!!! All the food yall waste n u worried about ur employee sneaking food!!! Give her the food yall b wasting or stealing yall damn self if your so morally correct. Then go n talk about ppl like I don’t know why they steal, I don’t trust “those ppl”. No reason pregnant women need to even steal food if she works at a food store, unless yall paying her the bare minimum with these sky high rent prices. But I guess that why ur manager of McDonald’s the 131st of all Fortune 500 companies by revenue. U can brag about that on ur resume but at the end of the day it’s just fast food to the rest of the world. Stop starving your employees and reprimand the ones who constantly mess up orders giving all the food away instead of one pregnant woman 🤰… Her one order vs countless orders through the day. After a long work shift, I decided to stop and pick up dinner using the McDonalds mobil app. The app allows for you to customize your order to your liking, pay and simply drive through to pick up. I selected 3 sandwiches, customized them and proceeded through the drive, picked up and headed home to finally kick my feet up and enjoy dinner with a little TV before turning for the night. Unfortunately I am now getting dressed all over again to go quickly find a different restaurant that can actually execute the most difficult task of reading an order screen, preparing it as wished for and sending me home with what I actually ordered since you all at McDonald's failed to do so miserably all 3 sandwiches. Thought about returning to have my order corrected but instead chose to head to Whataburger and knowingly wait a bit longer but well worth the wait. Like always....my burger came as ordered. Belly satisfied, however it came at an expense that is now at the bottom of my trash can. Truly fed up with McDonald's constant inability to execute a very simple order and send me home with what I actually ordered. So frustrated even, that the thought of returning my order and having it corrected wasn't worth the wait or refund and chancing yet another screw up. This McDonald's has the worst customer service and management. The store is always dirty and they are extremely slow. I ordered on the mobile app and I went in to pick up my order and was told they didn't receive it. I had already been charged on my card. I showed the the information and they got a manager not sure of her name. She argued with me and told me they didn't receive the order and refused to make the food. She said she could charge me again and make the order but I refused because I had already paid. She was super rude and didn't seem to understand that my credit card had been charged for my order even though I showed her proof. I never received my food but I did receive the mobile receipt and she changed what I ordered on there and I never received anything from them. I am extremely mad and I will not give this McDonald's my business ever again. They will rob your money on card and not give...
