Panera Bread — Restaurant in Rockwall

I am leaving a three star review because the quality and service are literally day and night. I have ordered twice in the morning for delivery and both times have been a huge disappointment. So obviously it may be the staff for these early hours because I have also ordered several family meals in the evening and they were fine. First morning order never received however thankful that the customer service representative took care of the issue. Gave it another shot and the family meals are great so far no complaints. Then tried to order breakfast again this morning and a complete waste. The sandwich was soggy lacking ingredients with burnt cheese, my side of bread just thrown in the bag like trash. I will never order breakfast from here again and most likely will not continue the dinners due to it being a hot or miss.

So if you look at the pictures, this is how they picture the bacon avocado melt and this is what I received the second picture. Very disgusting, burnt cheese, soggy bread, mushy, avocado, and bacon bits. The third picture is how they placed my side of sourdough bread instead of chips just thrown in the bag trashy like garbage. I continue to be amazed that someone put a great deal of money into starting this long-overdue restaurant for Rockwall, but continues to neglect the operations and management. The gentleman who takes orders is pleasant, but has not grasped the operation of the register. The best word to describe the ordering process is "tentative". You are not sure your order is correct. The order is not received with confidence, it is tediously and laboriously entered into a machine. We tried to use the kiosk to avoid going to the counter and the kiosk are great for ordering a drink, but trying ordering two meals...forget it. Tables are not cleaned, dishes left out and food ground into the carpet. I think customers are frustrated and don't cooperate with the generally expected/accepted process of clearing their own dishes and participating the helping keep the establishment clean/tidy/neat. I get the frustration part, because each time my wife and I try to give this place a second, third, fourth, etc., chance...we are frustrated by the slow service in ordering and hoping it gets better in the food preparation side of the business...which it has not. Sadly, this overdue Panera is not really a viable option for eating out in Rockwall...at...

My first visit to a Panera. Minor confusion at ordering space. Then order taker was curt, assuming I knew what i was doing. I ordered a BLT and French onion soup. She asked if I wanted whole, so I said yes not knowing exactly what was meant. As we waited, we noticed it was pretty chilly in the store, which never improved. When the order was ready I went to the pickup window and we saw what was assumed to be our order, but there was no soup with the bacon sandwich. I repeated our number and the server confirmed it was ours. I asked if I wasn't supposed to have soup and it was not on the order. The sandwich was huge so I let it pass. When i took my first bite, it was a turkey and bacon club. I had noted that they didn't have BLT listed on the menu board, which was why I asked the order taker "if she could make me a BLT " when I placed my order, because I didn't want turkey on my sandwich. I didn't ask for Avacado either, which was in abundance. A BLT is self explanatory - bacon, lettuce, and tomato. So, the sandwich was delicious and big. Potato chips came with it and they were good too. But still I was disappointed with my first visit and it could possibly turn out to ne my last. I've never been to Chipotle either. Their...
