Gave the service 2 stars due to the guy who made my sub. The Rocky Hill location has gone downhill lately. Ordered a regular sub today, which was mostly bread and very little meat and cheese. Perhaps training all employees the same would benefit customers - I can go one week and have a sub made by one of the employees and it will be great, then today get one that has 2 pieces of see through American cheese (what I asked for but not sure if that is even what I got) and almost no ham. Never seem to have this issue at the Glastonbury location, as it is always consistent when ordered from there.

Was here from the better State of Pennsylvania for the weekend. I ordered on the app a regular size Mike's Famous Philly and the only thing that famous was my disappointment. I paid an extra $3.00 for extra meat and there was still barely any on the sub. See the pics. No wonder this store has such low stars. See the pics and judge for yourself. I'd hate to see how much steak they put on if you don't pay the $3 extra!!! 😑

I was recently turned onto Jersey Mikes by a Co-worker. I love to get the roast beef grinder, which their competitor across the street (D’Angelos) does not have. I tried the rosemary bread, but I was NOT impressed, so I will stick with my Traditional wheat. I like to get my sandwich “Mikes way” which is onion, lettuce, tomato and Mikes Juice. They don’t offer very large fountain soft drinks, they should look into that. The meat is sliced fresh in front of you and it’s a nice place to sit down for a quick bite at lunchtime.

I’ll never step foot into this location ever again. I came into this location in November of 2023 to purchase a gift card for my boyfriend for Christmas & after I gave it to him, he went to try and use it at the Manchester location where we live and they told us there were no funds on it. I had a receipt and everything for proof that I purchased this gift card! Me and my boyfriend went in today to try and get this issue sorted out and there was “nothing they could do for us”.. and how it was a “different gift card from the receipt”. I watched the guy load it right in from of me when I purchased it…. Some GREAT customer service you guys have at this store! I have go to a few jersey mikes around CT and idk what it is about this one but every time I order from them, there is always something wrong with my order. It is so frustrating because I do not have this issue with any other location. 7 out of 10 times my order is wrong, like mayo on the wrong sandwich and even one time giving me the completely wrong sandwich. A couple of times I’ve had to interact with rude employees and again, never had this experience at other locations. I’ve put in a complaint previously a year or two ago about the messed up orders and they have sent a coupon to get a free sandwich, but I just do not recommend this location. SUPER SLOW SERVICE!!! This was second time trying Jersey Mike's in Rocky Hill and the experience was terrible. I ordered on the Jersey Mikes App at 12:15 and received confirmation that the order would be ready at 12:47. I arrived at 12:45 and let them know I was there. I did not receive the sandwich (Medium Club - very basic) until 1:15. Many people entered the store and received sandwiches while I was waiting. There were 6 other people who were also standing around with me. This is not a place to order for your lunch break and maybe the online app should be disabled for this location.
