I try to be positive and post nice reviews that are an honest reflection of the service provided. Sadly, there is nothing nice I can say about this experience. I do not recommend this McDonalds.
Went here for dinner at 9pm. There were 6 of us in the car, long road trip (13 hrs), 3 of us ordered from here at the drive thru. I drove to the box and waited and waited... It was not that busy and there 2 lines. Finally they asked for the order. I asked for a quarter pounder meal with cheese, no pickel and no onions and a coke, large. She said okay and asked if that was all.
I said no and I said Id like a 4a, the McChicken meal with bacon, but no pickels, large, with a fanta. I look at the screen. She did it for a quarter pounder. I said, excuse me, and she responded, Ma'am, I am helping another customer right now. I said nothing. She came back and asked if everything was correct.
I said, No, I was trying to tell you, you had my order incorrect. And we had to start over. We get to the window to pay. The person took my card without verifying the order. As in, not saying hello, no acknowledgement, nothing.
We get to the second window and again, no hello, no acknowledgement. The drinks are finished by the machine. The lady then takes the drinks and by hand, adds extra ice. Not sure why because there was ice in them. Then she puts them in a drink carrier. I dont need it as I am in a minivan, and it is a waste, so I tell her I dont need the drink carrier. She rolls her eyes and hands me the drinks. I understand working a long day and dealing with people, but at no point was I rude.
We get the food and check to make sure everything is there. My mistake was not checking the sandwich's. I checked the amount, but did not check the specifics. As stated, 13 hr drive... and at this point 4 hrs left, so I was ready to get back on the road.
They did not give us a double quarter pounder, which was my husbands sandwich, who has a broken wrist and is in absolute misery this whole trip. Like I said, my fault. I should have checked. Did I go back? No. Bc by the time we realized, I was a few miles down the road. I FELT AWFUL!!

Read moreOK - Sunday at noon, a normally busy time. No one manning the registers and taking orders. Everyone was forced to use the kiosks requiring credit card, no cash. Not everyone is comfortable (or capable) of using a kiosk. However, you're able to put in your order exactly like you want (🎶 Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce. Special orders don't upset us! Oops, that's the other place!) OK, you submit your exact order but they're unable to fill your order. We ordered the Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese without onions, ketchup and mustard. They forgot to include the bacon - the first word of the name! They fixed it by providing me a side of bacon. The lady beside me ordered a Double Quarter Pounder, but they forgot to put two burgers on it. I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. When I opened the box, it was a complete mess. I had to go back to the counter and ask for a fork and knife in order to eat it. Getting someone to actually come out of the kitchen area wasn't easy and seemed to irritate the girl in back that I interrupted. Finally, the kiosks don't provide a receipt. It asks for you to pick up a table number thingy from the stack and enter that number. HOWEVER, they don't do table service at all. Furthermore, they call out the RECEIPT NUMBER, on the receipt you don't receive, when your order is ready. No one knows the receipt number so they have to list out what's inside the bag! Complete waste of time! How in the world is this place still in business is beyond my...
Read moreWas greeted with a sad speaking moping individual that must have lost their dog or maybe just isn't a morning person. There were 2 cars, one waiting in spot 1 as I pulled in and myself and I was asked to wait in spot 2 while Noone else was in the line. I mentioned sitting here would make their service time record slow and she agreed. I pulled to spot 2 and received my food and left before anyone else pulled into the drive thru. If you are concerned about getting your product out in a timely manner, then fix the issue inside instead of cheating the system. Also arrived at work to find my mc muffin was burnt. You had plenty of time since I waited in spot 2 with no other customers and you still burnt the sandwich. Maybe you should pay attention to the cooking timer. And cheer up, you applied for the job so do it with a good dignity. I gave them another chance. Different person at the window, nice polite but doesn't listen very well. I ordered 2 sandwiches. She confirmed 2 sandwiches. She gave me 1. They must have picked their employees up at the temp agency. I can't imagine them actually passing...
