This place is the worst place ever for good customer service. I went there tonight me and my two daughters. Me and one of my daughters placed our order on one ticket and my other daughter placed jet's on a separate ticket. First off, a girl was taking my order and the first thing I asked for was a baconnator . Nobody says anything for a minute so I made my next order for a triple then it's a guy that reply's and says so you want a triple and I'm like yes. Then he's like is that it. I tells him yes for that ticket but I have a second order. They give me the price for that then I tell the next order for the second ticket . Then he gives me the price for that one. I gets to the window and I get receipts for things I don't have. They give me one bag of food that happens to be for my second order. Ok that's kinda funny that I got my last order first. But then I'm like did you get the baconnator he says no, witch happens to be the first thing that I ordered so he had to take my order again at the window for the baconnator . Then I waits for them to fix that and give it to me. But then he gives me that and closes the window again . Ok so I'm like I guess they ain't finished with my triple burger but then he comes to the window again and like yes., so I'm like you do have a triple don't you and my other daughter that got her food was missing her burger so I had to give them her bag back. Then they gonna tell me they gave me the triple already. I told them no you only gave me receipts for them but you never gave me the triple. They asked for all bags back. I gave them all the bags but yet they trying to accuse us of getting three bags and I told them no I didn't receive three bags you only gave me to unless you gave it to another car I only have two bags that's all you gave me. I'm telling them that they can check my car and everything but these people are talking junk and trying to accuse me of having something that they never gave me. That really upset me because I've never stole anything a day in my life but I have these Wendy's employees and Manager trying to accuse me and my daughters of a mistake that they made. Just admit you made a mistake instead of trying to accuse a customer of doing something that they didn't do. I can't believe how badly me and my daughters was treated Like Thieves . That really upset me very bad. That's not how you treat customers. That's very bad business. I know they have cameras at the window all they have to do is go back and realize the mistake they made instead of accusing us of something so bad. CHECK YOUR 📷 CAMERA . I Don't Steal. I have Never been treated so badly before the way they treated us there. I would suggest anybody that goes there to make sure they repeat back your order because they didn't repeat my order back and I know they are supposed to so they could make sure they have your order right. Then make sure you check and make sure you have all your food before you leave the window cause if they mess up your order, you will be the blame cause they ain't gonna take blame for what they did. For me I would never go to that Wendy's ever again. I don't care if it's the last place to go on earth 🌍. I would rather die...

We were there at 1:18am and just sat at the drive thru and noone came on to take our order so we drove up to the window. People were congregated in the lobby laughing, talking on cell phones, people that werent employees were in there sitting in the lobby, someone was sleeping at the table at the front of the store and someone had the lobby door propped open while they were outside smoking. Alexis was great.....she is the one that came to the window and had to get someone from the lobby to take our order because she wasnt on the register. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches that are on sale 2 for $5 and because I didn't say I wanted the 2 for $5 they tried to charge me $13 just for that. I wanted onion and bacon added and they then charged me for 3 pieces of bacon on each sandwich for a total of $8.11(high). When I got my food there was no tomato or onion on it and I could have sworn tomato comes on it and the onion was on the receipt but not on the sandwich. We were the only ones in the drive thru so they weren't busy.....just busy playing around in the lobby and not practicing proper safety procedures or store procedures. I am a 25 year hospitality manager with 30 years total in hospitality and I would definitely start watching cameras on the night crew or look to hire an all new crew and night manager! I recently visited the Wendy's location in Rocky Mount and was pleased with the quality of food and service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my meal was prepared to perfection. The baconator was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and hot.
While the food and service were excellent, there was a notable area for improvement - the drive-thru efficiency. I waited in line for 15 minutes to receive my order, which was a bit longer than expected. I understand that peak hours can be busy, but streamlining the drive-thru process would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
Despite this, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, and the staff's friendly demeanor made up for the wait. With a few adjustments to their drive-thru operations, I believe this Wendy's location has the potential to be truly exceptional.
