Arby's — Restaurant in Rogers

Waited on a drive thru order for 20 minutes. Just a classic beef sandwich and curly fries. I could see 5 employees inside and bags of food lining up on the counter. I thought I was waiting on fresh fries....nope. My food sat there the whole time. I don't know if the workers were just done because the store was closing early, but there were still people getting food. I was the first in the drive thru and a line formed behind me while we all waited. Finally got my food and EVERYTHING was cold. The bag didn't feel very hot but I saw all the food was there so I went home...less than a block away. The fries and sandwich were luke warm at best. I'm guessing my food was sitting on that counter the whole time. I've been coming to this store since the 90's and that is the worst experience I've ever had. And the woman at the register was not at all friendly. If you don't like talking to people then you shouldn't be working in customer service. No idea why the store is closing early. I tried to ask about that and the girl shut the window in my face. I was not rude, I've worked in food service and customer service and I understand the challenges. I was treated very poorly and for the price of cold food, it's just not worth it. You lost a long time...

Filthy. Food was surprisingly good but the dining area, walls, window sills, tables, chairs, condiment bar, soda bar, disgusting. When we got there a woman, who had just ordered, spilled her soda all over the condiment bar and floor. She looked to the cashier, who rollwd her eyes and quickly said "I'll get that in a minute". She then proceeded to take our order then stood around micromanaging the cook, who obviously didn't need her criticism, that was the only good thing to come out of this dining experience. I saw the manager in a gray Polo walking around aimlessly. The two cashiers barking at him, all laughing and carrying on. Meanwhile, the spill is still there and everyone is having to shuffle around it to fill their drinks. Despite every instinct to leave, we had already paid and it isn't like us to complain. We were there maybe 30 minutes and the spill was still as it was when we got there. Terrible. Look, I know it's fast food but damn, have some pride in your work. I was embarrassed for you. Filthy nasty and we will NOT be back to this location. 8th Street...

I wish I could give minus. I was very exhausted after work, usually don't eat out. I had never eaten Arby's so thought I would give it a try. Purchased gyro without sauce at drive through, watched/heard assistant assistant manager ask cook if sauce was on the sandwich, cook stated yes, assistant manager returned sandwich to cook to remake. A couple minutes passed, assistant manager received remade sandwich, placed sandwich in the bag, I pay and receive sandwich and leave. I go home, get undressed from an exceedingly stressful day, sat down to eat, opened the sandwich and lots of sauce is on it. I watched the assistant manager watch the cook supposedly remake the sandwich, why did they give me the same sauce filled sandwich? THE ASSISTANT MANAGER STOOD THERE THE ENTIRE TIME WATCHING THE COOK REMAKE THE SANDWICH! I called and called until I returned the sandwich for a refund. They wanted to remake the sandwich but I didn't trust them at that point. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER and NEVER visit this place on 8th...
