Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Rome

This is the coolest Chick-fil-a that I have ever seen. It is literally three shipping containers!!!

It was a little confusing since I was hauling a uHaul trailer and I couldn’t make it through the drive through, so I had to walk up and stand at the drive through window by a car that was also in line at the drive through. It was a little awkward at first but then we all had a great conversation and I even passed out a few business cards.

Southern hospitality at its finest!

I asked about the shipping containers and the nice lady at the drive through told me that originally it was just a temporary situation, but they liked it so much that they kept it.

It’s the only shipping container Chick-fil-a in existence!! Very cool!! I feel honored that I was able to eat a chicken sandwich prepared in such a rare and historic place.

I tip m hat to the entire crew at this chick fil a, on 12/29/23 I pulled up to the driveway at 12:15 on Friday and it was backed out into the road and in the restaurant parking lot across from them. I was a little hesitant to pull in because they were so backed up. To my surprise the line moved very fast, I had a large order and the lady that took my order made sure everything was correct and even went as far as going inside to speak with them to ensure that they got it right and told me my order would be ready when I got to the window. From the time I pulled into the line of cars until I pulled out of the parking lot was five minutes. I had ordered nine meals and they was ready when I got to the window. My mobile order was ready extremely fast, they didn't have my 2 OJs so they gave me a free drink then gave me the OJ they found last minute as well. The lemonade was great, nuggets fresh and the fries crisp.

She filled up my bag with sauces which was really needed with 5 kids and 3 adults, the manager (I'm assuming) gave my boys a free ice cream cone which they loved.

They went above and beyond for my boys/family which was really appreciated and is the perfect example of good customer service (UNLIKE Krystals 45 minute wait on Turner McCall and I was told "oh well!")

We will definitely go back to this location; now even more often since they were so wonderful to us tonight. Thank you for making our last night in our house as we move a memorable one, we are looking forward to stopping by more often now that we...
