Firehouse Subs Rome — Restaurant in Rome

So my daughter ordered and paid for the wrong sub and before leaving she told the worker that she ordered the wrong thing and needed to change it and he told her she was too late because it was being made. So I called before she took they gave the sub and asked to speak to the manager I was told there wasn't one, so I told him what was happening and he said he was taking care of her right now, so I thought ok they will let her fix it, Nope made her pay for the sandwich she didn't want and the one she wanted! Look people it is a fast food restaurant. As such I'm going to grade it that way in my mind. I would absolutely love to have Firehouse sub for lunch pretty much every day! It is fantastic and as a dinner I would probably enjoy eating a Firehouse Sub over probably 40% 50% of the dinners that I've gone out far? I mean seriously the subs aren't expensive they taste fantastic what else do you want? You're the best subs that you can pretty much buy in any of the fast chains. Always max stars. But i have to say. The more i go the less hot souses get restockted and some brands not coming back to the gadsden store at all. This is depressing to me. That sous is my everything. With out it. I mean i only eat one type of sub here as it is. And at tines it forces me to asoom they dont have it in and i drive to rome ga. Smaller place but they stock there souses regulerly and offer small clean cups easy to get to as a costumer for you to get some sous for a to go order.
