Starbucks — Restaurant in Rome

Truly, TRULY great drive thru personalities here.♥️ I LOVE these brilliant young minds and the woderfully charismatic interaction. Such smart, bright, free young Stars w- FREE Minds! Now, as far as the coffee, it's not bad for chain store coffee; as I've worked in chain stores, restaurants, corporate-owned service businesses, etc; but it's just average Starbucks coffee honestly y'all. That's an EXPENSIVE cup o' Joe for what it mostly tastes like there ... So, again, if given the time or opportunity; at ALL frasible costs I would go have great coffee, beverages, & kind smiles @OhanaPacificCafe; which is seriously the best in town y'all... With great ppl... & Great smiles/greeting, etc.

Though I sincerely do Love the young, incredible personalities in the drive thru at Starbux; & I could NEVER knock their great ppl, briliantly open minds, frre spirits, & great service; but I can & will knock the corporate aspect of it : As in this corporately ran mega coffee pusher is ripping y'all off in that drive thru ... Bc there's actually WAY better coffee out here in this town, and it AIN'T in some random Dunkin' or Starbucks, & that Scooters is "Aite," but it's not very much coffee. It's Iced Creams yo! Sugar w- flavoring. That it. I try to avoid ice cream tasting coffee, bc that just isn't exactly coffee to me. Anyway, being VERY CLEAR- STARBUCKS HAS SUPER COOL EMPLOYEES, & WE LOVE Chatting w- these amazing young minds & personalities in drive thru when we hv stopped in; but for the cost/value--- & seriously, if you're looking for REAL COFFEE or Great Tea flavor, +++ then Ohana on Broad St is the best I've had in Rome, & in this entire NW GA area so far. ♥️ Thanks for listening/reading/whatever, and y'all have a super cool day w- GOOD THINGS ALL AROUND IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY! Starbucks at River walk is the most unprofessional and least talented staff I’ve ever witnessed. Drove from cave Spring 54 miles round trip and I get up to drive thru and an employee walks out and puts green cones in front of me at drive thru and said we are closing immediately due to “heightened concerns”,. My Starbucksprepaid gold card has had balances of 500 dollars or more-so I have drank a LOT of ice coffees over the year as k travel. This particular store is very slow and messes up orders A LOT. Done with the fairy management of many of the store owners I read other reviews on this store and most are about the same. Most if the positive reviews and a short sentence saying “good job” lead me to question there sincerity-but when numerous people are answering in multiple paragraphs I would have to take that a little more seriously U believe the reviews that are thought out and people take the time to explain the problem u should listen. I’ve owned five different businesses that were all public customers oriented. The owner of this location should pay attention to the real reviews to see if there is anything he or she could learn McDonald’s one dollar coffee any size gas my business from now on. There are 9 of us in my family—and our Starbucks order is usually between 45 and 70 dollars. U won’t get anymore of that. This post is STRICTLY GOR THE ROME GA RIVERSIDE LOCATION-the one that seems always closed and changing working hours coffee. Most Starbucks in the USA that j have visited are VERY GOOD. This place is always fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever received an incorrect order in the 9 years I’ve been coming here. The partners are always so, so kind and are always quick to be of any assistance you may need. There’s only 2 flaws to this business, and it has nothing to do with the Starbucks team itself. The parking lot and drive-thru line are awful. The line is often wrapped around the building. That in itself isn’t a problem, as the coffee and environment are fantastic and I’ve found myself in this line many times. The amount of space for cars to move is so minimal. People who have already been served and are wanting to leave are sometimes forced to wait in line again just to pull out of the parking lot. The drive-thru line, on the other hand, is barricaded by the building itself and a curb. If someone was in line and needed to leave, there’s no possible way that they could without potentially damaging their own vehicle, as well as someone else’s. I wish the lot could be expanded and provide proper amenities and space to customers, but I’m aware that that’s not an easy fix. Otherwise, this...
