Read moreThe name says "Prime" but the steak was not. I ordered the delmonico. After a very long wait, with minimal customers dining, It arrived warm and looked disgusting. It looked almost as if it had been precooked in the oven and then seared on the grill for marks.
The steak was very dry, although it appeared as if some sort of butter had been poured on top but had dried up and evaporated by the time it was delivered to my table. Not a trickle of juice was present when I cut into my steak. I sent it back and decided to land the hotel to find a better alternative.
