i placed a mobile order 3 mins before entering the drive thru, i don’t like ordering too early because the drinks sit and the ice melts and they start tasting bad. you get more stars for mobile ordering instead of ordering at the window, so that’s why i do it. i don’t mind waiting however long for it to be ready, i just don’t want it sitting there. i was in no rush. When i pulled up to the window and the nice lady asked what i’d like to order, i said i had a mobile order and id like 2 pup cups please for my dogs. a guy jumps on the mic and rudely said “looks like you JUST placed that, but i’ll see you at the window” like what does that even matter? what would have been the difference of me ordering at the window? there was no one behind me in line, so i wasnt holding anybody up. i wasn’t rude, i didnt expect it to be ready. Read moreI am updating my review, I used to leave 2 stars because of bad service. Now I am bringing it down to 1 star because now they aren't even asking my name, if I'm scanning using the app, and just are going through motions without putting any care into the service.
That is the main reason I like Starbucks is because of the people and friendliness, but this location continues to go downhill....

I stopped in 5 minutes before closing to get a quick drink, and I am told they are closed and aren't serving anymore people. If there is still 5 minutes left, I should get served! Read moreThis location is hit or miss. Sometimes the morning staff is great and goes above and beyond and other times there's a group that is as slow as molasses. Some times I place a mobile order and it's done in the estimated timeframe given on the app and sometimes it takes 20 minutes to fulfill. I make sure I place the mobile order well before I get to the location because it's on my way to work. For example, today on 09/26, it took 20 minutes to fulfill a pumpkin cream cold brew. Maybe don't train new people on the morning shift? But I also noticed the staff working this morning were not rushing around to get orders out very quickly. You shouldn't have to place a coffee order 30 minutes in advanced. Just beware, and hopefully you're not in a rush to get to where...
