You know what's a shame? The fact that this is the only Wendy's for miles, and it's garbage. To be clear, I love Wendy's. I'll shill for literally any mid location, any day, but not this one.
The food is awful. Ninety percent of the time, it's cold, dry, and the wrong order. I know they rarely clean the soda machine nozzles. The amount of times that I've gone in their lobby, and seen flies and various insects buzzing around is appalling.
I used to work in fast food, so I get people having a rough day and not being up to having that fake customer service face on, but my god, the amount of disrespect you get from any crew member is insane. Again, I used to work in fast food, so I'm even more polite to workers than I am with old people, kids and puppy dogs. Where does any one of these workers get the right to be rude to customers, who are there to just get a quick meal?
I've had people switch headsets without inputting an order multiple times, seen workers not know how to properly use the POS systems, and even after politely reiterating my entire order at the window for the poor employee whose co-workers have left her in the dust, have gotten my food wrong and cold.
Whoever owns this franchise, I don't care if you need to close this place for two weeks to get your employees together. Retrain them, clean house if they can't respect one another, do something for god's sake, because I'm tired of telling everyone I hang out with that I'd rather die than go get Wendy's from this place.

Read moreToxic work environment. Bad service. They got the drive-thru order wrong. Called in and the female manager was kind and understanding. She made it right and told us to come back to get the corrected order. She was gone when we arrived. Went inside with my 8yo daughter. The woman at the register went back to find the manager’s note. While she was gone the other employees were cussing excessively and making rude comments about her, their job, about how annoyed they were we (customers) we’re standing there… Then, when she returned it turned into bullying behavior towards the cashier who was quiet and timid. The male in charge seemed to be in on the bullying and was not helpful when cashier asked for help. I was appalled at how the employees were loudly cussing and staring at us, complaining about their jobs and bullying their coworker - who looked miserable and depressed. I was kind to the cashier, kept my mouth shut around the rude employees and tried to distract my daughter with conversation. But in the parking lot she told me she never wanted to go back in there again, said it felt bad in there. And to top it all off - the people in the kitchen cussing and complaining- got our order wrong again! I’d keep the cashier and fire all the others there. They have made a work environment that even a child can feel is toxic. I hope that cashier gets a better job and gets out of there fast. They’ve really broken her down. Read moreI had my boyfriend and his brother with me. We took a few minutes to figure out what we all wanted. The man taking out order kept rushing us saying we needed to hurry up and that there is a time limit we were allowed in the drive through before he has to MAKE us order inside. Mind you we were there for about 4-5 minutes. We hurryed to decide what we wanted and ended up getting something we didn't really want. They took about 8-10 mins to get our food we had gotten a 10pc chicken nugget and a 5$ hamburger bag. We had verry clearly specified ranch they gave us a chilli sauce. The nuggets were soggy and VERRY cold. Our drink that came with the bag deal was given with no ice and was flat/warm . I'm normally not one to complain but when I have to deal with straight up disrespecr after a long day I will complain.
