Horrible experience with my husband and parents tonight. Service was lacking, we had to ask the server twice for everything before he remembered to bring it to our table or to get back to us. My mom got iced tea and wanted sweetner, we asked if they had sweetner and he brougt sugar, so we asked again if they had sweetner that what he brought was sugar he said he had to ask. Never got back to us in regards to it, had to ask him again and he then said sugar is all they had. Waited five minutes to get our silverware after our food was already out. Then I asked to have the bill split between couples, he brings us the bill with my husbands bloody marry on my parents, they said it's fine they will pay for it. Then when he charges us he charges us extra after we have him the card accidentally put my dads meal on it, refunds the money. Then the manager Rachel comes to our table and says she needs to charge my parents card for the meal. My parents are fine with this, from a customer service standpoint since I have worked in customer service for a long time seems no okay to me. You make a mistake that causes us to be in the restaurant for an extra fifteen minutes to get the issue sorted out isn't exactly a simple mistake. I said that she should have given them the meal free as they had already been charged, for the issues we have had all night and this mistake is so small should be the cost of doing business. I only call it a small issue Bc the manager who runs this location Rachel said this was a small mistake, and asked did you everyone get there food and eat it, well then they should be charged for it. Yes of course and if you hadn't already charged their credit card I would agree. But from a business standpoint you made the mistake, keeping someone there longer to charge there card again is ridiculous to me. Horrible experience and the manager Rachel could have gotten a better review if she could have made the situation better, but instead she decided to make customers more unhappy. I have worked in customer service for many years and this isn't how you make it in a business. I would say you have the wrong person running your location here. I don't want anything from my review a coupon or anything Roseville is the closest location to us and I will say I won't be back if Rachel is the one running the show. Our service from the server was also horrible, and I do know what his name was but for all I know he is a newer employee and mistakes do happen, so I won't be including it. But the manager knows better and should be the one to turn a mistake into a positive experience if possible, instead of making the experience worse...
Read moreI must say that my experience today is by far one of the worst experiences I have had dining in at a restaurant. Bad service is the reason why this BDubbs is receiving a one star. Normally, I get great service at this location every time that I come here. I thought today would be no different but I was clearly mistaken.
Long Story Short: Our server took our orders and never once came to check up on us for nearly 50 minutes. Two of my friends never got water for those 50 minutes. Bar was 1/4 full when we got there. Dining area was near 1/2 to 3/4 full. We left after canceling 3 orders. At the very least, I will not be going back to this location any time soon.
Full story: My friends and I (five total) arrived at different times between 1010 and 1025 PM. One of my friends ordered his food first at about 1020 because he was low on time. At about 1035, our server came back and took the rest of our orders after everyone had arrived. So far only three of us had gotten water. When the server took our order, my two friends who came a bit later asked for water as well. At about 1045-1050, my friend who put in his order received his food while we waited (different server). At about 1120 we flag down a different server/waitress and asked if we could get the the bill and a box for the friend who had gotten his food. After about 5 minutes, our original server brought out all of our bills and a box for our friend who had to leave. We were all confused because, only one person at our table had gotten his food. We tell our server that no one else had gotten their food yet and she looked confused. She tells us that the kitchen has been having issues for the day with getting orders out. Our server goes to the kitchen and checks the kitchen and says that they can put the order together for us. We tell her to cancel the 3 of the orders that we have put in. One, we take out to go and one my friend who already ate. Honestly, I can forgive the time that the food took, I get it, there can be mix ups sometimes. What I cannot forgive is the fact that two of the people in our group never got water and the fact that our server never checked up on us. One final issue that I have is the fact that our server was dumbfounded at the fat that the rest of the food...
Read moreI have reason to believe the manager is racist due to her lack of empathy that we waited over an hour and a half for our food. My boyfriend, my friend and I went to eat there lastnight and were EXTREMELY disturbed with the service. We wait over an HOUR to get our food when there was maybe 7 tables maximum. My food came out 20 minutes before my friends and boyfriends did. When asked our waitress said “our fryer is down” which I understand, not her fault. However, when my boyfriend’s food came out (my friends still not having her food), it was freezing cold, so we knew it did not just come out of any fryer. Then my friends came out about 30 minutes after I had received mine, and about 10 minutes after my boyfriend got his. I asked for the manager because we had things to do and places to be and were not planning to spend two hours at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The manger came by (blonde and SUPER rude), I had complained about how my boyfriend and I were already finished with our food by the time my friend even got hers, (keep in mind we all got boneless wings). The manager looked at my friend’s plate and goes “what do you want me to do? Box it up for ya?” In the rudest tone! As someone who works in the food industry, that is not how a manager should be talking to unsatisfied customers. It is quite embarrassing that it took me saying something for her to notice anything was wrong and still did nothing about it. Never once apologized to us and was just straight up rude about it. She does not deserve the title she is given and clearly has no people skills. Being a manager in the food industry requires you to have some sort of people skills, which she did not. I hope she is embarrassed by her actions and learns how to treat people better...
