Punch Pizza Roseville — Restaurant in Roseville

I’d like to start this im normally not the type of person to write a bad review for a restraunt but my experience with the roseville location of punch was not acceptable. Firstly, no gloves are used while making the pizzas this is unsanitary and not FDA approved. i’ve never been to a restaurant that has been more disorganised and all over the place. the orders were messed up and coming out in all different directions. I’ve been to other punches around minnesota and they have not been this bad, my order had taken over 30 minutes to come out, I waited patiently as my friend received her order before me, after i waited i proceeded to politely ask if my food was coming, the server said one minute so i went back to my seat and waited. Then, another 15 minutes later mulitple customers who ordered after me were receiving their food, my friends food was getting cold as she was waiting for me to start eating. so, i went up and asked again. The chef told me I would receive a refund (which I still have not received) and that all the orders were backed up. When my pizza finally arrived I said thank you and the server blatantly ignored me and dropped the plate on the table. The server that served me needs a conversation aided to explain to her how to treate a customer that was just asking for help, her temper was unacceptable and rude. This place has glowing reviews although I’m not really sure why. Idk if these people never had good pizza or what. First time going here. I started with the Napoli one with tomatoes, cheese, and oregano. I paid for added toppings of black olives, EXTRA cheese, and onions. I think I got one single whole olive on my entire pizza as you can see in the photo. I don’t think they even put extra cheese on it at all as there’s hardly enough cheese for it without the extra. Put a decent amount of onions that were like dental floss lol on top of it the pizza was just bland as hell. The tomatoes sauce, the crust and dough, the cheese, all of it. The only thing I could taste was the onion. It was also drowned in oil I had to soak it up with a napkin (the photo is only from two pieces) but I can live with that. I know it’s a thing crust style pizza but there’s nothing even to it. It seriously weighs nothing. If buying for a family better buy at least 3.

Overall really disappointed with the toppings (or lack thereof) and the reviews. How are people raving about how good this place is? The pizza I got was pitiful. Paying for toppings like olives and only getting that is pathetic. This pizza was $15. Feel like I wasted my time and especially my money but that’s ok, I know not to return....

After visiting Punch several times over the past couple of months (once I discovered it), I had the most horrible service today and even failed to get the food I paid for. While the service had always been mediocre, the food has been quite pleasant. But, today takes the cake, and I will never return. I came in to order ONLY a half punch salad to go. I paid and waited patiently for the first 20 minutes without receiving my order. Then, I asked the staff about the order, since several others received not only salads but their pizzas and other orders before I did - even though I ordered before them. This was about 5 pm and the place was not overly busy. I was told just a few more minutes. I waited again for 15 minutes and absolutely nothing except for looks from the staff. I then asked about my order again, to no avail, and then left after 10 minutes more. Unacceptable. (It is important to note that I was the only black person in the restaurant).
