Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Roseville

If complete lack of social/service skills was a coffee shop. I know y’all have said hello to people before, right? Honestly amazed at the service we just received. Five(?) employees working, one of which appeared to be the GM(?) and not one even glanced our way or greeted us. I greeted who I thought might be the manager and they looked at me like they were confused as to why I was talking to them while they continued to lean against the counter looking back at their phone. Two employees shuffled over to the two registers at the counter but neither made any effort to greet or make it obvious that they were ready to take our order. We asked “what’s up?” to try to figure out if we should order and the barista literally shrugged and stared blankly at us. Hard to tell what’s up when they all have head sets on. Idk. That was so...

I am here every morning as my normal routine and it’s something I like to treat myself to. I always tip and always try to be nice to staff. Today they made my drink wrong. I noticed before they handed it to me because the whole top of my drink was still clear with only sparkling water. (I used to work at caribou and know what the drink was supposed to look like and knew I wasn’t getting my drink that’s worth 6 dollars.) I asked if they could add some more syrup before even taking it and the barista gave me a condescending answer so I asked as nicely as possible again. Following that they just stirred my drink and handed me back a significantly empty cup. This made me feel absolutely horrible. I visit every single day and feel I have the ability to nicely ask for them to remake something they obviously...

I come here pretty much all the time But that doesn’t matter Today The barista that took my order And checked me out Was extremely rude Questioning me about a drink that I order every day And because I asked for half water, they said it wasn’t in the recipe so they couldn’t make it But in the previous Times that I’ve came before They’ve had no issues making it It’s not like I was asking them to add crazy things all I asked for was extra water less lemonade people ask for replacement milk all the time so what’s the difference they were questioning what location I went too for this and when was it and telling none of us would of done it like well it sure ain’t me...
