McDonald's — Restaurant in Roseville

Have never been so disrespected in my entire life. We ordered about $30 of food. We asked for a water cut and asked the cashier if we could just get something else besides water (we didn't have anymore money on us; we as my husband an I) she says yes. We're waiting on our food and my husband goes to check if our food was ready, the lady Karmen (a different cashier) i guess is annoyed that he's asking and she goes and starts making a big deal that my husband filled the water cup with something else. She goes and tells him to throw it out, he tried to explain that the other worker gave him permission to get something else. So since he talked back to her she tells him to throw it away and forces or tries to force him to buy a drink. Well he tries telling her that we don't have anymore money on us. She doesn't care to listen and tells us to leave since we can't afford to buy a $1 drink and says something about us being "privileged white people" in front of the other customers, not knowing we had already ordered $30 worth of food. We ask for our money back and she just loses it and starts screaming "call the police call the police". We eventually got our money back from the MANAGER. Ive never had such and awkward and just bizarre experience like this in my life. I have already...

Time and time I make the poor decision to go to this location in the evening and it never fails Cold food Today I went and was gna order via app but didn’t want to chance cold food Drove there on my lunch placed order at kiosk no option for cook to order Ordered Cardi meal and asked person at counter to who advised me to send order to counter for them to add cook to order The cashier then says “I added all that I could to cook to order” I asked her what couldn’t she put cook to order she said the pie I told her I always ask and they tell me it’s 12 minutes and I didn’t mind waiting she replies “well if u wna wait 12 minutes” I just told her I don’t mind After 20 minutes I asked about order the mgr tells me “well we told u 12 minutes” I reply I know but it’s been 20 and a young lady passes me my order Only for me to drive 2 blocks home and I have cold hard fries Called location to get mgr name CODY No apology at all more of an I don’t care attitude Refunding order after work and took survey as well I’ve called this location many times and are familiar with district mgrs/gms and it’s all the same they’ll apologize offer to replace food for free but staff remains unprofessional rude and with a lack of McDonald’s food...

I give it 5 stars because there are some cute girls working there. Other than that I give this poor impersonation of a McDonalds negative 17 stars. Compared to the one a half mile up gratiot. They are pretty expensive. They seem to think its their job to get the order wrong. The lobby is a filthy mess. Which one would expect. Being in the heart of the nice high class city of Roseville and all. Oh the sweet tea is pretty on point. Shout out to the mcsweet tea brewer. You deserve $15 an hour. God bless you sir. On that note I'll give it negative 16 stars instead. If you're looking to see some semi decent butts and drink some of the sweetest sweet tea this side of the Mississippi. This is the place for you. If some somewhat edible McDonalds is more your fancy. I suggest taking the extra half mile trip up gratiot. Beware of stray rosevillians. Do not make eye contact and never ever never ever never ever ever ever never ever EVER feed them.
