Panda Express — Restaurant in Roseville

Early morning 10 am I walk in in the managers doing some paperwork on a table and I am ready to order. the lady takes my my order I leave come back to the bathroom go back outside to my car because I'm waiting to clock in to work . I'm eating in my car outside of panda everything was perfectly sealed when I was inside of my car . I eat the bowl and a half way to the bottom there is this long ass hair it touched my mouth. I'm a big germ freak and I do not like other people's hair in my food, I told the manager that I would like a refund , he said since it was half way full that I basically got a free meal ? the manager is some older Asian man and was giving me attitude and ask me for my receipt.. when he see me walk in 2 times. I told him why do you have to see my receipt you seen me walk in a couple of times and then he tried to make any excuses saying oh it's early . I don't get what that has to do with anything. So I told him aren't you guys looking at what you guys are putting inside Bowls ? He said its early morning and you walked outside it would be different if its inside... i told them I don't need to lie and the plate was perfectly sealed inside of my . a long hair at least 12 inches just magically appeared there in my bowl? that's the worst customer service worst excuse I've heard in my life . never coming here again. you guys should check your your plates because apparently they don't look at what they're serving us. There excuse is going to be it's early morning, it's afternoon, it's night time ,whatever time it is you guys should be looking at your plates! what you guys are serving! and talk to your employees about being careful like a manager should! I didn't mean to give attitude but after I heard him talking to me in that type of way, is the reason why I started to defend my purchase. Someone fire that manager that was there on December 7 at 10 a.m. making excuses and...

Came in about 9pm. Usually the food is fresh. Always! I turned a little skeptical as soon as I walked in because everyone behind the counter were just kinda hanging out. The food looked like It was sitting there for hours. Almost Everything had one serving in each pan that looked a little raunchy. I tried to order the family meal because the orange chicken was the only thing that looked decent..I wanted the chilli shrimp also but I very nervous it was soft an mushy from sitting for so long. I didn't want to get a full box of it finding out after I paid ..it was gross. So I asked "Joe" if I could sample one. He immediately said no we don't give samples.I replied that's not true. He then stated some Panda expresses do some don't..sorry. I asked well what if I don't like it and I pay all this money for old tasting food..he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I got to the register ready to pay 45 bucks and just could not do it... I had to walk away. It seemed as if he was training new employees. I hope they don't learn that is okay to stand around and NOT serve fresh hot food as like any other Panda express. This place was very dissapointing....

I would give zero stars if I could. My 11 year old daughter and I got severe food poisoning from the Lead Hill/Rocky Ridge location 8/14. We both had broccoli beef and chow mein. From the first bite it didn’t taste fresh, so we didn’t even finish our plates. I believe it was the beef that made us so sick. The beef was almost like a jerky consistency. The broccoli was crisp and the color looked fresh. The chow mein was dry. Within 2 hours we were both vomitting through the night. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened to us at this location. Last time was several years ago, but it was the teriyaki chicken that caused the food poisoning. We had not eaten at this location since. We definitely won’t ever eat at this location again! We’ve eaten at the Foothills and Cirby/Sunrise locations and NEVER had a problem. Unfortunately, my husband placed an order through the app, thought he was ordering from the Cirby/Sunrise location and found out at pick up that it was actually at the Lead Hill/Rocky Ridge Location. We have reported this food poisoning case...
