Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

Enter this spacious Starbucks, with a nice patio on this beautiful day. I was so thrilled at first to see an open spot with electrical outlet on the brown couch. When I plug my chord in, it didn't work! I brought my concern to the attention of the lead associate of this location at an appropriate time where they weren't slammed with many customers! The person told me that they would provide my concern of getting them fix to their manager/owner and let me know that there was a working electrical outlet behind the their brown couch! However, my concern is that the manager/owner has been fully aware of their 2 non-functionality couches for quite sometime but have opted NEVER to get them fixed. I could discern that the lead associate just told me that they would bring it up with the manager/owner just to professionally brush me off. This is unacceptable! Many customers and I go to Starbucks not only for their products but for the ability to access their Wi-Fi using our Apple/Android/iPad/laptop equipment so we can handle our biz needs, conduct meetings (I've been to a Bay Area Starbuck which actually has a conference/study/group room!) and social gatherings affairs. It's difficult to conduct one's biz transactions with a revenue of billions of dollars annually without functioning furniture which has the outlet charge feature and it doesn't work on either of their brown furniture couches! This is the first time I've ever went to a Starbucks where their furniture electrical brown couches don't work! Wow! Therefore, unless you have a portable backup charger for your equipment or bring your own personal extension chord then you stay at this location will be brief since it's just their wall electrical outlets which works...

This was probably the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been too! I went here a year ago with my fiancée while it was about triple-digits in temperature outside and man…the iced mochas really hit the spot! 😌 Most Starbucks have nice indoor seating areas, but what makes this Starbucks super nice is the location it’s in, a really nice aesthetically-pleasing part of Roseville, California and located in a nice little Mediterranean-style plaza with a fountain to make one feel like they are in Italy or something. The guys there are great the women not so much. I get mobile orders 5 days a week and hope one of the guys is at the counter. It says "Please say your name", how am I supposed to say my name when I can not be acknowledged. I understand when it's super busy but this has happened when it's not. There's no reason that I should place a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving to the store and then wait another 10 minutes. I'm normally a super nice person however you have to be somewhat bitchy to get their attention most of the time again I understand if it's busy but when it's not it's ridiculous.
