Went here on a Sunday at 6pm. The inside looked modern with K pop music playing and korean soap opera on the large flat-screen tv. The food took 25 minutes to prepare. We ordered 3 half portions. Krispy, extra krunchy and oven roasted with black garlic and vinegar sauce. All orders were mixed drum sticks and flats. These are wings, small wing drum sticks and large leg drumsticks. The crunch of double fried korean style chicken is what is the draw here along with the exotic spices/flavor. I will be back to try more. The crunch is in my opinion better than the overly breaded crunch of Kentucky fried chicken. The chicken seemed less greasy than Kentucky fried as well. Now the price of this place makes it less appealing. 15 dollars for 7 pieces of chicken wings. If price is your only concern you will find cheaper options elsewhere. The 1/2 order comes with pickled diakon radish cubes, they were way too sweet for my taste, and mediocre cole slaw. I asked for hot gojuchanng sauce and was disappointed when i got home and found it...
Read moreI was craving some fried chicken today and called in to place an order for pick-up here. Ordered the Crispy fried chicken, fries and a fountain drink. I ordered mild for the spice and half (which is 6) of the drumstick cut. Let me tell you, 6 is QUITE PLENTY! I could have been fine with just 3 that comes in the combo, but having experienced other chicken places I assumed the drumsticks would be the similar small size. BOY WAS I WRONG! Pleasantly wrong! The drumsticks are HUGE here, and It's very much worth your dollar to come here. Service was super friendly on the phone, super easy to place an order, convenient location and decent prices. I paid about $24 for my whole order, but it probably would have been a little cheaper if I'd gone with a smaller order. Worth the money though, chicken was crispy and the breading was faintly sweet which made it very flavorful and tasty. Cooked excellently as well! Fries are generously big as well. You will not be...
Read moreOverpriced. Employees are rude, especially the bish working the register. Don't understand why we couldn't substitute Cole slaw for white rice when you're a Korean restaurant knowing asian eat almost everything with rice and plain white rice is very inexpensive then the cole slaw that you serve in a small sauce container. Why is Cole Slaw not on the menu as a side? Do they make everything in-house, or do they get their already cooked fried chicken from somewhere else, then refried it to make it seem fresh and sell it as their own by slapping their sauce on it, Horrible place! The worst korean corn dogs I ever had and didn't taste anything like korean corn dogs. High rating due to their family and friends. Just look at the name of the five-star review. Barely any korean name in the reviews because they know this ain't korean fried chicken. FAKE KOREAN RESTAURANT FOOD OWN BY SOMEONE ELSE THAT'S NOT KOREAN. AVOID...
