The online ordering is totally useless. I placed an order online giving myself about 10-15 minutes before I could be there. Their lobby is always closed with a sign that says go to the drive thru. I get there and tell them I'm picking up. They had me wait in line behind all the other people just placing their order. I asked if I could skip the line of people ordering and they said it's "the way things work around here." They wouldn't even let me cancel my order and said I had to do it online, but online there was no option. I was also concerned of spit in the food.
Don't waste your money here. Wendy's quality and customer service has decayed way way low. You're better off going to online ordering for a place like Culvers, Panda Express, Chipotle, or any other place where you skip the line of people ordering if you order...

I called the store before we even left the parking lot asked to speak to the manager I started to explain the situation and he was already aware of it......how is that and he had the same voice was rude than hung up in me. last time me and my co worker went there. I would rate lower but have to give at least one star. What ever happened to customer service customer is always right? not in 2017 or 2018...
Read moreThey missed a whole combo, then when I called and told them they said they can take my name and number down so I gave them my info and went back like 2 days later and the “manager” said since nothing went through her I can’t get my stuff. She told me nobody wrote anything down. She asked to see my receipt at the window and when I approached with my receipt she refused to even look at it. She said nobody told her anything so she can’t give me anything. And this happened again today (I was hoping to have a better experience) they missed a whole biggie bag order and they won’t answer the phone no matter how many times I call....
