So I go off of Google pictures and I do understand that restaurants change their menu. What you will see in the Google photos is they HAD a lunch menu. No more. The lunch menu was What attracted me to come in the first place because the rest of the menu is pricey.
I walked in around 1:00 p.m. today and the entire staff was hanging out eating their lunch at a table there were zero customers in the restaurant.
I expressed my concerns about where the lunch menu was and they told me they changed it. I decided I didn't feel like spending 40/50 bucks on lunch and I did Express that I was leaving because of the lack of the lunch menu.
For a restaurant that was empty they sure didn't seem to mind that a customer was leaving and they seemed more interested in resuming their lunch. I left and went to another Mexican place and spent 16 bucks and left to 20 with tip. They could have had the opportunity to earn my business but they didn't seem to care and they seemed happy that I was leaving.
Can't comment on the food I will not be back because of the service. The inside looks nice.
Contrast this experience with one that I had at a Persian restaurant. Told them it was my first time there that I was from Indiana. No I don't pull the I'm going to review your restaurant card. The Persian restaurant gave me a free lentil soup and the staff was very welcoming and made a bunch of recommendations and they gave me a cheese plate on the side. I didn't ask for any of that but they want out of their way to earn my business in the tip. This mexican restaurant str8 up don't give a..... Well you know what I intended to say. I wish this business luck with that type of...
Read moreI have been wanting to try this place for quite some time. Every time I drive past it is not busy at all but the decor looks so nice. Today I got the chance to try this place maybe 20 minutes after opening. I was extremely disappointed. Upon walking in the hostess/waitress was very nice and the reason that I gave the service a 5 star. It was very pretty aesthetically, but the place could use a good cleaning. The floors did not look like they had been swept, and a lot of the chairs still had visible crumbs in them. The floor under my table was very sticky as if somebody had spilled something. You’d think since they had just opened for the day that it would be cleaned, but it was not. Not a good first impression but we will move on to the food. I ordered two steak tacos and the Elote. It was a two out of 10 to say. The steak was very chewy and definitely had a few pieces I was not able to get down. The Elote was decent. Also, the prices were very expensive considering the place was not very clean and the food was not the best. I wouldn’t...
Read moreWhen we stepped into the door no one was there to greet us. After being seated our waitress was very pleasant. Immediately brought out ice water, chips (which tasted stale) and salsa. She took our drink order. We wanted margaritas. Waitress suggested a flight. Yes of margaritas. The glasses were a good size but very disappointing. No taste of alcohol whatsoever. I made better drinks at home the night before. Now on to the food. The order came out in a decent amount of time. However everything was very bland considering this is a “mexican restaurant”. We ordered queso which was very watery. My husband had tacos and I had carnitas. Both came with rice and beans. The worst $100 we’ve ever spent eating out. We looked at the reviews and thought well everyone has their own opinion. WISH WE WOULD HAVE LISTENED. BEWARE, ENTER AT...
